I ordered a pink drink and was immediately put off by the taste — the milk seemed off, possibly expired. It had a sour aftertaste that made me feel sick after just a few sips. I’ve had this drink before and loved it, so I know this wasn’t normal. Really disappointed with the quality control at this location. Please check your ingredients before serving!

There was an elderly Indian women that was very respectful and the two other girls were Spanish if I’m not mistaking were very disrespectful and when my mom asked one of them is she was ok and told her to smile because you look like you have a nice smile she gave her a dirty look went to here coworker and talked while looking at me and my mom and laughing or smiling when I told my mom to ignore them they wouldn’t give us the water cup we asked for and one of them told another customer that we are hypocritical. Just horrible counter service in general.

The worst $7 latte I have had at any Starbucks. The check out woman could not answer basic questions about their own drinks. Ridiculous. Broken barcode scanner as well so couldn’t use my gift card.

The vibes were honestly horrible, the worker seemed so annoyed that I ordered a Frappuccino and she was literally throwing the stuff in the sink from so far away looking so annoyed and making hand gestures. Now, I understand working at an airport must be very tiring and stressful but I don’t think customers deserve to see this or be treated like this. This isn’t good customer service. The cameras should be checked. March 31st around 17:15. She made the environment feel so heavy and unwelcoming. She didn’t just treat me like that, she did it with other people as well. There was nobody there for a while and I waited so long for my drink. I waited for the drink and asked where it was and she said “I think someone took your drink” no, nobody took my drink because I was watching the entire time and it was not made. I highly believe she did this on purpose. If I could give 0 stars I would. She finally gave me the drink and she blended it too much so it wasn’t even a Frappuccino. 0/10.

This Starbucks at the airport was just below average. The employees were clearly overwhelmed and struggling to keep up, which led to multiple order mistakes. It seemed like they were short-staffed or under a lot of pressure, and while they were trying their best, the experience felt chaotic. The coffee was fine once we finally got the correct order, but the long wait and confusion made it frustrating. Hopefully, management can provide more support to the team to improve efficiency.

I usually don’t like to buy anything from Starbucks because it’s way overpriced but 2 weeks ago decided to pick up something for breakfast since I was flying from Dulles Airport. I ordered I think it’s called spinach egg wrap or something I don’t remember what was the name but boy as soon as I ate that then 40 minutes later on the airplane I got sick. My whole trip got ruined because I was sick. The line is so long then once you get to order they will rush you and you will get shitty service and food. That was my last purchase from Starbucks ever
