Young lady with white skin, black hair and thick synthetic eye lashes just dumped all nastiness on my face just because I ask for 1/2&1/2 to be put directly into my personal cup. Her remarks ended with a very degrading tone “Lady”. Starbucks is huge part of daily activities. At least 3 -4 stops and have been customer since it opened way way back then. Never experienced such low class rude customer service in all the cities, towns I visited Starbucks.

it's not here, this Starbucks is in Gate C, map wrongly has it in Gate B.

Closed for remodeling as of 6/27/24. There's a Dunkin kiosk at Gate A23.
A great place outside of security to sit and sip a coffee if you need to kill time, but they unfortunately don't abide by normal Starbucks policies as it relates to refills, up charges, substitutions, etc. I don't know if it was just the staff I interacted with, of if it is a normal thing here, but kind of disappointing!

I like Starbucks but the young cashier today 6/2/24 @ 8pm was tired or didn't want to serve. If she doesn't like serving the public, it's better to look for another type of job.

I'm happy there's a Starbucks here next to the USO, passenger arrival, and Global Entry ID office. I always visit this Starbucks when picking up family and friends while waiting. Customer services are excellent. I wish they could make the drinks a little hottter.

Bad customer service. Staff have an attitude and don't care! They probably make minimum wage and drive for an hour you work.
Frigid! Lady that greeted me was as cold as ice. I understand that she may have had a few rude people that came through the line prior to me, however each person is different and should be treated with kindness. For her to be in customer service and have such unpleasant demeanor she need to find something else she enjoys doing. When you’re in customer service you’ve got to be able to turn it off and turn it on when dealing with the public. While the coffee was good. Her attitude, was horrible. She’s been there for a while I was told. Word of advice Starbucks, remind this lady that the customers deserve to be treat with kindness not an attitude especially when the issue lies with prior interactions from earlier.

wonderful, delicious, mouthwatering, is what i would say if i didn’t find expired bread, molding bacon, rotten eggs, and extremely disturbing working conditions. The best for last, found many flies in my coffee, some dead, some still alive. 1 star, would recommend.
Dietary restrictions: i had a seizure because they had gluten and didn’t tell me.
Parking: horrible cuh
Kid-friendliness: witnessed tons of children my sons age working. distgusting.
