Service was friendly, but that’s where it ended. I never got my coffee. I waited for 25 minutes after I ordered and had to leave to make sure I got on my flight in time. I stopped when I got back from my trip and the manager gave me my coffee. It was refreshing and nice that she made it right.

The Starbucks establishment is conveniently situated near gate 24 in Concourse C and frequently experiences high customer traffic, likely due to its status as the sole Starbucks. The latte met my expectations; however, the breakfast wrap fell short in taste and quality. While the exterior of the wrap was warm, the interior was notably cool, which negatively impacted my overall enjoyment of the meal. Nevertheless, the service was satisfactory, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
