Worst Starbucks that I ever visited. I visited this location at 7:30am and it was empty. I stood at the register for 7 minutes before I was ever asked to order. The pastries display had a lot of fruit flies so I made sure to ask for a pastry that is not from the display case. I waited 15 minutes for my drink to be prepared. I can understand if it was busy but it wasn’t. First and last place I would visit. I wish I didn’t already tip due to the service.

Honestly really upsetting that when you ask kindly for your drink to be remade cause there’s too much milk, to then watch the barista go ahead and dump even more milk than the first time she made it. Clearly they weren’t happy I asked for a remake even though I apologized for the trouble. I didn’t feel comfortable with her remaking it again so I left. I really did like this location, I tipped every time but this sort of reaction to my first time “complaining” is so off putting.

I'd like to give a shout out to Crystal. She took my order at the register when I came in on Tues, Jan 13th around 3:45pm. She was friendly, professional, courteous and helpful. I asked her for some specific accommodations to my drink order and she was able to make it perfectly. Tasted wonderful. She also suggested to have the cinnamon pull apart pastry warmed up, and that was a great suggestion. It tasted amazing warmed up. This girl is 2L2Q. (Circa 1991 MC Hammer-style) PLEASE recognize her for her outstanding service ensuring a positive and helpful Starbucks Experience for me. Not just a pin or a shout out. I think she should get a gift card or something like that, too, please. Thank you.

I am a loyal customer of this Starbucks thanks to Kat. Every time I visit, it’s a pleasure to be helped by her. On one occasion, there was a mistake with my drink, and Kat handled it with kindness and fixed it right away, always with a smile. She is truly an asset to the team. If I could, I would give more than five stars!

Disgustingly slow unapologetic service at this location. Placed an order for ONE latte at 8:50 am and joined the drive thru line at 8:58 am. I did not receive my latte until 9:16 am. I was in line for 18 minutes then the girl at the drive thru was so confused and started to hand me someone else’s order. Then the staff could not find my order that was confirmed via the drive thru. 18 min wait at a drive thru is honestly unacceptable.

The woman who gave me my coffee for my mother in law and I was so so sweet. I accidentally put the order for pick-up in store instead of for the line and forgot to tell my mother in law and she was so understanding. She made my day, one of the best experiences I’ve had with Starbucks. I wish I had seen her name!!

I've tried to give this place many chances. It's about a 50% chance they'll mess up the order. I don't use drive-thrus, and it seems the cafe customers are frequently treated worse. You can stand in front of the register for 5-10 minutes without an employee acknowledging you. They often have more than 6 employees working and somehow it still takes 20-30 minutes to get your drink.

Honestly I have tried to give this Starbucks a chance but the coffee is burnt every time I order. I think the baristas in the morning may need Alittle training. The coffee is being over processed or not stored right. Coffee tastes bad even with all the sugars and the cream.

This review is strictly about the in-store experience. This Starbucks has an amazing interior and is extremely convenient for a lot of people working in the area (even with different size tables, plentiful charging ports, and what I think may be a reservable conference room), so there's a lot of incentive to sit inside. Many of the individual employees are very sweet and friendly. It makes what I'm about to talk about... vaguely worth it.

[Additional note: All of the following is a criticism of the store's management, not the individual employees. I worked at an understaffed Starbucks, and I know how that impacts speed and quality. The employees are doing the best they can and are the reason this isn't a 2 star review.]

The service in-store is HORRIBLE. It seems that the vast majority of employees are instructed to strictly pay attention to the drive-through. I understand that: drive-through is stressful and fast paced, so there need to be more hands on deck. However, this doesn't mean there should be no hands on deck regarding café customers. I once stood at the register for 15 minutes while several employees leaned against the counter in the bar area and talked about their weekend plans. (This is not an unfounded accusation; I could hear them. There was very little obstructing noise, as there were no cars in the drive-through and only a few people in the café. I assume that they'd literally been told not to leave the drive-through and were using the lull to take a much-deserved break, but that didn't help my frustration at the time. It was really embarrassing to stand there like that!)

It can take more than 10 minutes for your drink to be made, and it will often be of subpar quality because café drinks get postponed halfway through in favor of drive-through orders, which can make things go flat or bitter. If there's a serious problem with your drink, you have to restart the process of standing at the register until someone has time for you.

I go EVERY day to this Starbucks because of the AMAZING staff there. Alex Lozano runs this store like it’s his own and his people are always welcoming the minute I walk in the door. Maryiam (SP) is always smiling and they all know exactly what I get when I walk in. I love this place!!
