Wow, this is a gorgeous Starbucks! Has a drive-thru, but the inside is fantastic. Such a huge open space with large windows and a conference room available to book! I'm not sure if they are busy at other times, but Sunday night is quiet. Huge preparation area for a large throughout.

Alex has tremendous customer service! I was running late for work and wasn’t able to pick up my mobile order. I called the store and explained this to Alex and he offered to remake my items whenever I could come. He even took a picture of the order so he could remember it. Definitely made my day a whole lot better along with the fast service and the employees writing messages on the cups. Would highly recommend this location.

Poor customer service! Will never recommend for a walk in! 5 employees are all by the drive thru section. No one wants to take order from upfront. Upper management check this location and look out for employees who are not doing their job!!!

This place looks like 100 miles of used up road. The floors are filthy, and the furniture is broken. They didn't even bother to bring us a drink they needed more time to prepare, much less tell us it was ready. I definitely won't be going back.

The lady at the counter didn’t listen to me. She just kept talking about what they usually serve, but I wanted something custom. Unfortunately, she took the wrong order because she didn’t listen carefully to what I was asking.
I came this morning to buy my drink. I waited for a long time and no one attended me. And there were 4 people. What a shame, they have to improve on that.
