This is my first experience here! Good food, and very nice servers. I tried the bone ribeye, which is very juicy. The salted mushrooms are good I like it. I also like the hurricane margarita. Good experience. Will recommend to friends!

This was my first time at Texas Roadhouse, and it honestly exceeded my expectations, starting with the service. Our server, Savannah, and the manager, Hailey, were absolutely amazing. On top of that, the food was great too! But the outstanding service alone was what made our experience worthwhile. Even our food runner, whose name I wish I had gotten, was great!

Had a great time at lunch today with my bestie! We both got the cooked-to-perfection filet mignon and BBQ ribs. Our waiter also offered a sampler of TX RH sides since my friend was a first-timer, which was a tasty surprise. And the rolls...forget about it!!...love 'em. As for the staff, everyone we interacted with was friendly and personable. We're looking forward to returning.

My first time at this restaurant and I didn’t know what to order. The servers were really helpful and gave me choices—even gave me samples to try so that next time I come I’ll know what I’ll get. I didn’t order the steak but my friend did and had a pice of it. I kind of wished I ordered it as well. I had the country fried chicken with both the gravy’s since I didn’t know what I liked yet. It tastes good with the darker gravy in my opinion. Had sweet potato as a side and they even asked me if I wanted marshmallows on top. I said I was being pampered. The manager made sure my stay was great and had a blast eating delicious food. I also recommend calling ahead of time because you’ll be waiting for 30-60 min. We walked a little earlier than traffic and it was already packed around 5:30pm and we had to wait for about 25-35 min for not making reservations.
We had dinner at Steak Roadhouse and overall the service was good. Our server, Luciano, was friendly, checked in on us a few times, and made sure our drinks stayed full. He was helpful when we had questions about the menu and made the experience easy and comfortable. The food came out on time and everything went smoothly. It was a solid experience and we appreciated the good service.

The managing partner Casey has little to no respect for customers who pay her. We had a horrible experience. I emailed the corp office. Nobody bithered to reach out qnd ask what happened. I called the actual restaurant and asked to speak with the GM to tell them what happened and maybe they would appologize. Instead the restaurant kept making excuaes that Casey would not speak with me. GO ELSEWHERE. THEY WILL APPRECIATE YOU MORE.
