Great place to get together with family or friends, food variety is good and the service is great.
All the meats we tried were really good.
The steak, the beef bogoly, the thin sliced pork and the thin sliced brisket, all good.
The shrimp ... Not so much..we ordered it twice, the 2nd time it was not good, I Mean it was going bad, we didn't eat it.
The waiter was very apologetic.
Will decently go back , no shrimp though...

Qui has very high quality meat and sides! Service is quick and the atmosphere inside is usually quite busy, but good!
Overall experience is solid, albeit the prices are more than your average kbbq spot!

Been there many times, quality is not very consistent. One time we went, the server cut our thick pork belly horizontally. HORIZONTALLY. Like separated the layers of fat and meat. We didn't say anything cause the server seemed new, but it seems like they don't train their new hires on how to cook and cut meat, which is a big part of their job. Tells you a lot about the amount of effort they put in. Hopefully, that server found out how to cut pork belly correctly.
Not the best K BBQ restaurant we’ve been to! One and last time

This place has gone so downhill since the last time I came. Service is so slow and lacking, and the quality of the meat is way different than before. I’d rather go to meat project or so bbq

Food was underwhelming. First time here last week—came for early dinner at 5pm, it was fairly empty. But as time went by, it definitely got more crowded.
It’s disappointing that they don’t have a la carte menu here, you have to either get the AYCE option or order their “Combo Set”. For three of us, we got The Qui Combo that comes with LA Galbi, Pork Jowl, Rib Finger and Prime Short-Rib. With the exception of the Galbi, the other meats were tough, too chewy and lacked flavor—I tried dipping with their sauces but it still wasn’t great. Their banchans (complimentary sides) were pretty good and our server did refill them at our request.
Service was okay—our server didn’t really tell us what meat was what, just proceeded to start cooking. I don’t think I saw him change the grill either. The restaurant is spacious but it’s quite dim lit in the restaurant.
Overall, it was not a satisfying dinner, I’m not sure I would come back.

This place was recommended by a friend who lives and breathes KBBQs, this was my actual first one and have stuck to it since, Richard was our server, he made our experience the best and was helpful with understanding things, unfortunately he no longer works there but Ashley the lady from the bar takes care of us now, I recommend their lemonades they have like 3 different flavors, anyways I love love love coming here their brisket, pork belly and everything is to die for ESPECIALLY the teriyaki sauce to dip your meats in ;) , there is no other place that I will eat KBBQ's at unless I moved far away so come on over and spend that money because they need to stay in business until the day I die.

Wasn't allowed to dine as a single diner.
Edit: After the owners response all I can say is that if you are a visiting tourist like I was that I would recommend the other Korean options in the area. The excuse provided is different than what I was told initially which is that they were too busy. Just such a disappointment in service and management after prior reviews I had received from acquaintances.
