I placed an order in the app on New Year’s Eve! I don’t live in chantilly but was passing by so placed it there for pickup. My order confirmation said the order would be ready at 3:39. I had stopped to get gas. I received a call from the store at 3:45 that they were closing and that my order would be left out front! I told him I was exiting into the Willard rd. He wouldn’t wait 2-3mins. I then told him to just cancel the order then. I still haven’t received a refund. I get that they closed early but I had no idea. The app didn’t say. This guy didn’t call me to give me a heads up. He called me to tell me he was leaving my food outside. Had I had any idea that they were closing I wouldn’t have stopped to get gas. I just don’t understand how it is even right to want to sit my food outside on the ground. 3 sandwiches and 2 drink! If this store received my order around closing he could have called to make sure I’d be there at a specific time because they were closing. So unprofessional. Then I receive a call today from a lady working there. I’m thinking she is returning my call. She tells me she didn’t mean to call me and tried to get off the phone. I told her I still hadn’t received a refund. She told me they don’t do refunds once an order is paid. That the manger wouldn’t be in for a few days so she couldn’t help me . Terrible

Why does my smoothie taste like straight juice, I’m really unsure what I'm consuming here and this is unfortunate. I was expecting a thicker and softer texture for a smoothie for sure.

Consistently unwelcoming and unprofessional service. I’ve visited this location several times for pickup orders, and each time, I’ve been ignored when I walk in — no greeting, no acknowledgment, no eye contact. Meanwhile, I’ve seen other customers walk in and get immediate attention at the counter.
Pickup orders are also placed behind the pick up shelf even when they are ready while others are placed on the shelf which causes unnecessary confusion and delays. When I asked an employee about it, I was met with a hostile and rude response: “What are you gonna do?” — which came across as extremely unprofessional and rude. Absolutely disgusting.
This pattern has occurred on multiple occasions with more than one staff member. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and definitely won’t be giving them my business.

The smoothie I ordered was fine, but the place was very dirty. The floor had not been swept and, finally, when I went to the restroom, the walls were dirty. There was no hand soap, and they should replace the plunger and the toilet brush, as that negatively affects the image of the establishment. I can only imagine what the hygiene must be like in the area where the blenders are.

Wed, Sept 24th...I ordered 2 smoothies today and some food. Whoever made the Apple Pie did not make it correctly and there was no biscotti biscuit added on the side. It does not taste good at all. Nobody will answer the phone when I call, so I will be stopping by tomorrow about 4pm to have it remade for me. I have the one that was made in the fridge and I will bring it in tomorrow for you to see. I expect to speak with a manager tomorrow to discuss and make this right at this location.

I’m not sure of the young lady’s name working this evening, Friday, November 1, 7:54pm, but she was utterly rude. I simply asked if I could change my bag of chips because the app only listed salt and vinegar, and she tossed the bag of chips on the counter as if she was annoyed that I asked. Also, when I said thanks, she rolled her eyes and walked away.

I typically don’t leave public reviews but tired of the bad experiences. I’ve ordered delivery and I’ve picked up and every time I’ve order they get something wrong. All the other franchise locations are so good with their service and food but this one always skimps on the ingredients and misses order notes.
