Always clean, great customer service both store and pharmacy. Fresh produce and meats. Been a client for over 15 years.
Staff is rude. They block aisles, gather in chat groups and take up the entire aisles, will bump into you not paying attention, ... Really???
I had to return an item at the customer service fair lakes store, their policy is inconsistent and lack a clear clear return policy which is not posted in the customer service desk or on their receipts. Very frustrating experience. For that reason I shop less from Walmart.
What is the purpose of the price check feature in your app? The prices seem to be completely different.
This grocery pick up is a disaster. I waited over an hour for someone to bring my order out. No one in the store was answering phone. Needs training and more staff. Won’t be back to this location.
The people who work here are not bright. Don’t waste your time coming here. They have no clue what they’re doing, even the managers.

In my life I had been treated so badly in a place and not only one person but 6, I wanted to change a lottery ticket and everyone was disrespectful to me by turning around angrily and no one, not even the customer service person, gave me a solution.
Great place to shop, where everything is available under one roof. Customer service is promptly provided if needed be by efficient store clerks??

Walmart always has prices where you don't feel ripped off. Return line can greatly improve.
You can find a lot of things for reasonable prices.
Small in size, don't expect everything here.
