Wayback Burgers

Its permanently closed. There’s a “for lease” sign in the window.

Absolutely horrible experience. I placed an order to be picked up on 1/27, and as I arrived at the store, they told me they had to close and my order would be cancelled. It has been almost a month later and I still have not received a refund or ANY CONTACT from the store. My order was over $200. If anyone has any tips on how to get in contact with anyone, please let me know. I’ve also reached out to corporate and Yelp with no luck.

Over cooked chicken and burgers could not bite bacon. Cold fries and fried pickles.

This is the second time we have attempted to dine at your establishment, despite your website indicating that you were open; however, upon arrival, we found the restaurant closed. This is highly unprofessional.

Please please stay away from that place. I placed my order and was not able to get it. The place ran out of food but yet kept my money??!! Naw unacceptable. To the owner you don’t know how to run your business lady. I want my money back. I will never ever go back.

Michelle made our experience even more delightful. The food wasn’t bad but to be honest, we were deciding between the Neighboor restaurant and this one and because of her personality and conversation we ended up spending close to $100 here solely because the conversation that Michelle had. She was definitely a great hire. Keep up the great work!

The food Wayback burgers was fantastic! I had a bacon, bourbon burger and onion rings! It was a Saturday afternoon. Not really crowded and the service was extra slow at the time, I will definitely go back for another try and see if the service is better... Stay tuned

No salt in food

They take forever and a day to make the food (my one burger took them 20 minutes and I was the only person there waiting for food) but the staff is friendly and it's a very well-kept location.

30 minutes for two burgers. Excruciating slow service.

Service very slow and I was the only one customer, one employee (female) sleeping over the counter and two working inside, it’s my 3rd time and always slow depressive (?) food is okay but no customers
