Wayback Burgers

They take forever and a day to make the food (my one burger took them 20 minutes and I was the only person there waiting for food) but the staff is friendly and it's a very well-kept location.

30 minutes for two burgers. Excruciating slow service.

Service very slow and I was the only one customer, one employee (female) sleeping over the counter and two working inside, it’s my 3rd time and always slow depressive (?) food is okay but no customers

If you’re going to eat here bring a snack for while you wait for your order. Took 30 minutes for two burgers and a fries on a Sunday afternoon. Burgers tasted fine.

45 minute wait for a burger. Standing the whole time.

Walked by the store today, saw these on the ground out front.

Placed an order over the phone 20 min later walked in the store the food wasn’t ready and the cashier had a big attitude as to he did not took the order IT WAS THE OWNER and yes she has horrible communication with her workers
The girl cooking the food had no hair net on
THE PLACE IS NOT CLEAN AT ALL.

Just had a wonderful experience at this restaurant while awaiting our takeout order. The young man at the register took our tedious order with so much ease and patience, even though it was just his second day on the job. He went out of his way to ask my kids what song they would like to hear on the loud speaker as we awaited our food, making our stay much more worthwhile.

The food tasted good and the butter cookie milkshake is to die for. I will be coming back.

The atmosphere is toxic, you can tell they don’t want to be at work. There is no music to even cover up there hate for the job. The wait time is always ridiculous long. I called in my order at 3:20 and it’s now 4pm and it’s still not ready. The atmosphere just seems very hostile and no one seems happy.

Love this chain, but not this location. Paid for a cheese dog, but when food was being prepared we were told there was no cheese. The soft drink machine was broken so we had 2 soda can options. The fried pickles came out way over done so all the batter had split open. The cheese curds were also way over done. On top of this, our food took a pretty long time despite the 2 of us being the only customers that evening.

I visited Wayback Burger on National Burger Day, and despite how busy it was, the experience was fantastic! The restaurant was packed, and they even ran out of some items, but the cook, Kai, really stood out. Even though he was clearly overwhelmed with the rush, he handled everything with a smile and a great attitude. He made sure I got my food and kept a positive vibe the entire time, which made a huge difference in the experience. The burger was absolutely worth the wait—delicious and cooked to perfection! I definitely recommend Wayback Burger, especially with such dedicated staff like Kai.
