This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s I ordered ahead through the app to save time, but ended up waiting over 20 minutes for two apple pecan salads and a medium fry it’s called fast food for a reason. No one called my name, my order didn’t update on the screen, and when I asked about it, I was met with attitude. The staff was rude. The manager was standing in the lobby, taking a loud personal phone call for nearly 10 minutes she was practically screaming me and my mother couldn’t hear each other. When I politely asked her to lower her voice, she literally ran away instead of responding. When I came back later to ask about my food again, she rudely told me it had been ready just sitting there getting cold, with zero communication. My fries were freezing by the time I got them. And while I was waiting they had messed up another gentleman’s order and when he asked them to remake his order because they messed it up they tried to fight him on it.
I don’t expect fine dining at Wendy’s, but I do expect basic professionalism and basic respect especially from the manager. She set the tone for the entire experience, and it was beyond disappointing. Do better.

I would love to give a better rating but jesus. I put in a mobile order to pick up and don’t even get most of my order. How? My first job was at a wendy’s it literally not that hard. I was the only one present here and yet they still managed to mess my order up. Not coming back cause damn man…

I literally just came from the drive through. It was a young Asian girl with a bad attitude. I ordered chilli and a chicken wrap combo. There's usually a Jamaican guy there. I told her. I wanted cheese in my chilli. There's no cheese. The wrap is cold and completely fell apart. She didn't want to be there but I won't return ever again. I didn't pay for cold food and bad service. I always eat chilli with cheese. She needs to be replaced. There's no napkins and had to ask again for ranch dressing. Horrible. The Jamaican guy was the only reason I went there because of the service. I know if I drive away from the drive thru stuff is not missing from my order. Looking at the reviews it seems when he's not there the staff is not friendly or listens to the customer.

This branch of wendys is one of the worst branch in all of northern virginia. The old guy with a bread no mustache is worst human being ever. He doesn’t know how to talk to the costumer and respect. He is just shouting as if he is the one who is paying for our food. Avoid going here there are lot of fast food options near, so just dont go here.

The Indian people running this Wendy's must not realize that they are there to serve the customers and should be nice, polite and respectful. This has been the case for the last 5 years that I've stopped at this Wendy's, every time the people act like you are inconveniencing them for bringing their business money. It would probably do a lot better with new ownership, because it's been sub par for many years.

Terrible customer service! I see why this place is super dead. One of the guys there spilled my drink all over my driver door as he was handing it to me in the drive-thru. The food I ordered was still missing the toppings I asked for. The lady who took my order was also very dismissive. Will not return. Avoid at all costs!

Never had an issue with this Wendy’s location till tonight picking up an order , I see why it’s always dead at Night !!customer service from the manger Ali has to be below zero , he has no sense of customer service ,comes off very smuggish and annoyed to be asked for anything looks very angry to work there . I would avoid this place at night as long as he is there , But will always go during the day because they actually care which is why I am extremely surprised by Ali’s attitude. Will be also calling corporate and complaining, All over a Honey Mustard
