let me say, I'm a big fan of Wendy's. but the moment I walked in and saw the employees going "HELLOoOo YOUR ORDER IS READY" at some old lady I was suspicious. me and my brother then order...5m later our meal arrives..just wrong. so like the kind soul I am, I went smiling to the front counter to ask about it. all the employees were extremely aggressive and told me it was my fault. so I had to order extra food..which never arrived. this is the first review I've written, but I gotta say. worst customer service ever.

If I could give 0 stars I would, there is absolutely nothing worse than picking up something quick for breakfast and finding A giant hair in your cinabon pull A parts. But to make matters worse, it’s not just a hair. It is a nasty hair that looks like it’s been dyed green or something. Look at the picture and decide for yourself. I almost threw up in my mouth when I seen it! whoever’s working There… you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself one for that hair color, and two leaving your nasty green hair around in the food….you’re grossDietary restrictions: Hair is bad to eat!!

Wendys in Chantilly on Route 50. Slow service. Under staffed during peak dinner time. The dining hall was freezing. It was 42 degrees outside and cold air coming out of the vents. Soda dispenser was very difficult to operate. Touch screen wasn't operating properly and sticky.

The visit I'm reviewing had me trying the apple and pecan grilled chicken salad. It was exactly what I expected, not too bad. Customer service was actually quite good (note: drive-thru). The person taking my order was pleasant and the one at the window was very polite and positive. I'll probably go back again if I'm in a pinch for food.

Almost a little concerning that with two people in the restaurant, Google says the place is “busier than usual” with the column in the bar chart at double height! Still, that aside the location did the job. The quietness made for an agreeable atmosphere and the staff were trying to be helpful - manager had a friendly demeanour although I suspected he was also on hand to address a possible language barrier. The food was okay - fries nice and fresh but the burger patties a bit tepid and old as if having been sat around a while (which perhaps aligns with the quiet nature of the place and see also the rogue fry in picture). Good location easily walkable from the Hampton Inn and did the job for a dine in, no more and no less. Nice also to see the staff follow-up with another customer providing some missing fries that apparently customer themselves hadn’t noticed.Parking: Plenty there although seemingly more occupied spaces than the number of customers would belie!
