I honestly don’t know what happened to this Wendy’s. The place was dirty, the staff seemed disinterested, and the food was terrible. My fries were cold and soggy, and the burger was thrown together with stale buns and dry meat. To top it off, my drink was watered down. I waited forever for my order, and when I finally got it, it was wrong. Wendy’s really needs to hire new staff who know what they’re doing. This place is a disaster, and I won’t be coming back.

The service is just terrible. I placed a mobile order with dine-in but didn’t get my meal for a long time. They checked and insisted it’s drive-through ( while it clearly states dine-in in my recipe). I ordered one kids' meal and another meal. But what I got is messed up, missing milk for the kid's meal, missing fries for my meal, but got a small kids fry in the kid's meal. Seriously? How hard could that be?
I like Wendy’s but won’t recommend this place.

Worked at Wendy's as my 1st ever job. I absolutely hate getting chili meat instead of fresh patties! This is the final time I'll ever stop at this location. For anyone who doesn't know what that is, they keep a patty on the grill and if not served they put it in a water pan. On mine they subbed a patty with 2 junior chilli burgers. I've asked for adding ghost pepper cheese not subbing it. Guys train your workers, you've NEVER gotten my order correct once and usually I drive back to ask for it to be fixed. Never again, clearly you can't learn.

First they Take your Order Wrong and then Debate that 'No We Heard It Right You Are Lying' WoW!!! WORST SERVICE. I was going to lunch at McDonalds today, when I seen how busy it was, I decided to go over to Wendy's. I was the only car in drive thru around 11:40 a.m. My fries were so damn old, hard chicken nuggets, the junior bacon cheeseburger was ok at best. Won't be going back to this location even though I work over this way. Tired of wasting money for old, cold food. Does anyone take pride in their jobs anymore? Do better, Wendy's.

Night shift manager lies about having orders fulfilled! If you are picking up your order, check your bag before you leave! She also calls police when pictures are taken. Obviously, police officers dispatched at tax payer's money confirmed that it's not illegal to take pictures. Such a waste of public resource Wendy's! Read reviews on Yelp and stay away from this place.
This store is garbage, I made an order in the app to pick it up. And when I came to pick up my food they told me that someone else had picked it up and they didn't return my money when it's their responsibility to verify that it's the right person who picks up the food
