Used the app to order for Super Bowl. In the past, we’ve never had good experience with our orders at other locations.
Surprisingly this location made us change our opinion! Our order was perfect 👌. The taste, quality and temperature were all spot on! Not only that, the staff had taken the time and an extra step to arrange all the to-go bags in a very organized way. It was an easy in and out. They also had staff standing around helping everyone with whatever questions/help they needed.

Our experience has also been wonderful at all other times. This place is always very clean & they have very friendly and helpful staff.

We tried the Wingstop in Erie, Pa tonight & was hugely disappointed! Ordered online, requested extra cooking time, and the dips we wanted! Went to pick them up at the time they said & still had to wait another 30 minutes! They said to check if everything was in the bag (lol). So, get home, the wings were 1/2 cooked and ended up in the trash, there was 3 pieces of celery & carrot splinters, and one dip, not the 2 I ordered! Needless, I will just stick with the Cab, Avonia Tavern or Presque Isle Pizza!

First time ordering them. Never again got half our order and called to see what happen they wouldn’t do anything for us. Delivery driver only brought one of two bags is what I was told. Wouldn’t give us a refund because they use DoorDash for delivery even though we went through the wing stop app. Wingstop told us to go through DoorDash for a refund. DoorDash said Wingstop had to give us one. Only had a receipt from Wingstop. So I guess I’m out the money and 20% tip I gave.
