Went to newly opened Tonawanda location for a pick up order we did online. Not only were the fingers cold, they didn’t pack our cheese fries! We didn’t realize it til we got home. I emailed them with no response. Very disappointed!
I ordered online. App said my food would be ready. I got there, my order was not ready. I looked at the workers, not 1 person in there was wearing gloves.

Today I went to the restaurant at the Tooele location. I ordered an order of just a combo to eat in and they never delivered it to me. I waited 58 minutes and until I had to ask them to refund my money. After waiting so long, the manager took a long time to even make the refund. The fries were burnt. They gave preference to online orders. When I arrived there were no people, but waiting 58 minutes for them to give you the food plus 15 minutes to get your money back. I do not recommend it. The place is very poorly managed and has more than 20 employees and the manager standing there looking at everyone without taking action. Ufff, terrible. I saw orders with burnt fries. People complained about the cold food. Waiting so long and the food being cold is no way.

Delivered half my order. Tried to blame the driver. Then when i went to the store they lied. The driver showed up and said they only give him 2 orders. They were rude the entire time!
placed an app order at 545 for a 745 pickup, got there no order and asked them to refund my money, they refused, kept putting me on hold and hanging up the phone. The Westnedge wingstop is trash and the worst customer service. foreigners that barely speak English and had no idea of conflict resolution! they will not get my money ever again!
Went to Wingstop for the first time yesterday, excited to try somewhere new that we had heard good things about. When our order came our, both me and my daughter noticed a weird smell. I'm not sure if it was the sauce or something in the sauce, but I could only eat a few bites, as the smell was very off-putting.
Had bad experiences in the past with the restaurant in Arnold, Mo. Figured I’d give it another try. Gave me the worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever had

Horrible customer service
I swallowed 8 bones the last time I was here. I thought I ordered boneless, and the wings were just tough. I was wrong. My advice is to make sure your wings are boneless before you swallow them. Oddly I don't regret this, as it was the best meal I have had at Wingstop. If not for the very painful passing of the bones, I would be willing to try it again
Ordered there a while back and cancelled the order because my son had already taken care of dinner. Never have got my 60$ back! Called numerous times to corporate! They will scam you like they do everyone else! And if your order isn’t right they won’t fix it!!!!
Picked up my daughter’s order today and there was a “vote Trump” sticky note in the bottom of her sealed pickup bag. Absolutely disgusting.
took nearly 50 minutes for an order that I was told would be about 20. food was mediocre at best, and the employees look like they just got out of a halfway house.
