Made online order. Went to pick up order and they have no Coke in machine. Tell me they need to refill machine and I say I'll wait in car. Come back in 10 minutes later and tell me they are out of Coke. Why am I paying for a combo with a drink and can't get a drink. Poor customer service and uninformed staff. I had choice ow which location to visit and wouod not have chosen this location if out of Coke.

I walked in at 11:30 pm..the hours posted on the door ,open till midnight and as I walk in ,,I’m looking at the menu someone comes up to only to say we closed..zero customer service.

Workers said that about a month ago the owner was upset with people using water cups for soda so his solution? No free water. Pay the full price of a fountain soda even if you just want water. Doubt we’ll be coming here again.

This is the 5th time from ordering from this location I have tried to be patient with the service but they cannot get an order correct to save there life and when I call back to get a refund or any type of compensation they say they will call there manager and call back but not once has that happened I’ve even gone back to get a refund the next day and they say there is nothing that can be done very unprofessional last time ordering from this location

Decided to stop by and see what the rave was about... first off, my wings were CRISPY to the max. Fries were greasy and soggy and too much seasoning. Most likely won't be back to any of the locations around me.

The service here is so great. I came from Maryland and we don’t get this type of service. Everyone here is so nice and work so fast! The cashier, I’m not sure his name since there’s no name tag but he’s so kind. He made sure everyone had been helped and even check where the order is currently at. This location has the best costumer service.

Been here twice. Both times staff has been very attentive. Walked in and was greeted and attended almost immediately. And this was on a Friday night.

Not a great start for this location, sadly. Was excited to see a new location closer to the Chantilly area after trekking to the Centreville location to get my wing fix.Staff are friendly, but I did witness one employee sitting at a table return to the kitchen and handle food after what could not have been more than five seconds of hand washing. Staffing issues appear to be a possibility as there was an exchange of words including “…guess I am stuck here as she is leaving”.Order was largely overcooked; the sandwich filet was inedible, and the fries were slightly over. One of our Ranch cups had a fiber in it. Overcoming the high bar from my experiences at the Centreville location is one thing, but my experience here left much to be desired. I am not certain I will return, but will amend this review if my experience changes in the future.

Food was very greasy. Chicken was overcooked and the fries were burned. Also, you have to pay for sauce cups...this is ridiculous...all meals should come with sauce...at least 1 for a small order and more if the quantity ordered is larger...I don't see this company existing very long...makes no sense...
