I have been trying for about 3 weeks to get a refund for a missing traditional wings meal from my order I made through the app. I have filled out the feedback form online twice. I have called multiple times. I left a voice message. I spoke to a staff member earlier in the week who said she would call back, but never did. Customer service doesn’t appear to be a priority at this location. I just want my money back for something I never received, but that seems to be too difficult. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

And Zaxby’s please don’t reply and tell me to fill out the feedback form again. Please find my current complaint and respond. Thank you.

I recently had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru window of this location. Despite having to repeat my order multiple times, exceeding five instances, the individual taking my order consistently paused for 1-3 minutes between each repetition. This resulted in an excessively lengthy 15-minute wait at the speaker merely to place my order. I understand that this could have been the individual's first time taking orders at the speaker or still in training, but to consistently pause for that length of time between each repetition of an order seemed more indicative of an internal issue with this particular location. Upon arriving at the window, I encountered a different staff member who failed to confirm my order, instead directly stating the total. When I requested that my order be read back to me, the details were incorrect, necessitating a correction. Following payment, I received my food but not my drinks, and the window was closed before I could inquire about the missing items. I had to wait for the staff to reopen the window and provide my drinks, and even then, the window was nearly closed again before I could request straws. Lastly, I was also not given any of the signature sauces with my meal. I firmly believe that this location would greatly benefit from coaching on proper customer service protocols, as this experience was one of the most unsatisfactory I have encountered at this establishment.

I made an online order but still had to wait 20+ min at the store. Whats the use of making online order if i have to wait more than someone who made in store order?

I absolutely love their Fried Chicken

This Zaxby’s is the worst Zaxbys I’ve been to. It’s the closest one to my house. They always mess up on my orders. They always have you waiting if you come after 9pm. It’s like they don’t want to work. They will no longer be getting my service and anyone that goes there, I will tell them to drive out of their way to the next location. I don’t even do google reviews but I had to. I mean this is ridiculous.

My chicken tenders were hot and fresh. They tasted so good along with their special sauce. Customer service was great and the place is very clean. I would definitely go back again.

My wife and I absolutely love zaxbys chicken and seeing the Asian salad was back we had to go but the egg roll is usually her favorite egg roll from anywhere but when seeing this she wouldn't eat it .
