My chicken tenders were hot and fresh. They tasted so good along with their special sauce. Customer service was great and the place is very clean. I would definitely go back again.

My wife and I absolutely love zaxbys chicken and seeing the Asian salad was back we had to go but the egg roll is usually her favorite egg roll from anywhere but when seeing this she wouldn't eat it .

We went out of our way to visit Zaxby's Chicken Fingers and Buffalo Wings in Chantilly, VA, just to give it a try, and it was a very solid experience — better than most! We ordered a chicken sandwich, which was awesome, and a Craveables box with chicken fingers, toast, and some tater tot-like sides. The food was really good all around.

Even though we arrived close to closing time, they still took our order and served us fresh food. Plus, they went the extra mile to get us sweet tea from the back when it had run out at the front — that was a really nice touch! The parking situation was also convenient with plenty of space.

While it’s not the absolute best chicken place I’ve been to, it’s definitely up there, and I really enjoyed it. I’d rate it around 4.5 stars — worth the visit for sure!

I placed an online order to make it easier picking it up in the drive thru. It’s 11am and there’s no cars in front of me or behind and they tell me they can’t give me my order through the drive thru and go inside. It doesn’t matter if you’re sick or just had surgery they want you to go in regardless. Not coming here again. To include in my review every time I go there it’s always something new. They forget my order or get it wrong. The best part is they aren’t busy at all… it doesn’t hurt to be nice to paying customers.

No flexibility on an order try to explain to a small child that they can’t get their MrBeast box because they are in flexible in doing the toppings, but they will do it for a regular order. Just not for the MrBeast order makes it hard to satisfy a child who sees MrBeast box and wants a certain way and they have zero flexibility.

Assistant Manager made me wait to take my order to talk to her friend showing her photos on her phone. Never was acknowledged and someone else had to clock in before she then came and took my order. Everyone else was nice but to be an assistant manager ignoring customers literally 5 feet away seems absurd.
