Raising Canes is better! While Zax Chicken is juicier, it actually doesn't taste better than Canes Chicken. Canes Texas Toast is also much better. Canes sauce not only tastes better, but I also feel like the Zax sauce has less sauce than it used to. You could make an argument that Zax fries are better, but considering that Canes Coke product is better, I really don't think that I would agree with Zax being better. However, Zaxby's used to be a lot better than nowadays. Both locations also have military discounts, so with all that I still would recommend Zaxby's if you don't have a Canes nearby.

Normally the cole slaw comes in a little black cup. I get it because my husband likes it not me. My daughter and I each got the 4 finger meal. The cole slaw was NOT in a cup so all the chicken, fries and toast was coated in cole slaw. I couldn’t salvage more than a few fries. So gross and we were both so disappointed.

I didn’t know we had a Zaxby’s in Chantilly , I will be visiting soon. But any time I’ve been to a Zaxby’s it’s been nothing but amazing and tasty food! Way better than raising

Went here a few weeks ago. Oscar (most notably) and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to correct some issues with our order. Don't see this kind of customer service much at fast food restaurants and it was greatly appreciated.

Great location! Isys and team provide amazing service. The food was super fresh and tasted great. Even though this location is a bit farther, the drive is totally worth it. Will definitely return.
The staff at this particular location customer service skills are extremely exceptional. Our first time at this restaurant and every staff member was phenomenal and kind. Special shoutout to the night crew: Isys Eugene and Oscar. Thank you all for making dinner perfect. I wish you all could come back to Maryland and set up a location there!
