The food and atmosphere are awesome. Live music was great and the best beer and crab cakes around. Very impressed with my first visit here and will definitely be back for a second. Staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and taken care of.

Let's keep this simple. If you ride your bike, you can start and end at Charles City Courthouse, where there is a clean public restroom, and you can cross the street for a burger and a beer.
Don't ride? Great. Chill for a few hours and we'll meet you there.

Stopped in for lunch and few weeks ago, the staff was friendly we enjoyed the meal but the cost was way too high 60.00 for lunch for two of us the desert bread pudding 15.00, chocolate moose 10.00. It's priced like a big town bar and grill but it's in an old building that needs a good cleaning. We were disappointed
Great service, good sounding band, and the food was fantastic. I highly recommend the chicken salad sandwich. Portions are huge.

The owner and server were very welcoming. The cozy country cottage vibe inside is adorable and the simple menu was just right. Can't wait to go back!
