We attended on a Sunday afternoon and it was busy and there was but one waitress working. She was doing a fantastic job! But there were a lot of people. The crowd thinned out before we left and she had a chance to catch her breath. The fried shrimp, fish and chicken were fantastic. The hush puppies were terrible lol We could not eat them. But everything else was fine and the service was great We will go back again and recommend this location to anybody. It sets on the Chickahominy River and it's just a beautiful place to sit there and relax and eat.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible from the parking lot. Parking is a little hilly so that might be a small problem but it is paved.

We went on a Sunday afternoon around 2. The inside was empty and there were a couple tables available on the patio so we sat out there. They only had one waitress for the entire restaurant and she did a good job. I ordered the shrimp tacos and my friend got the grilled salmon. Both our meals came out completely cold. By the time we had gotten our meals the patio was completely full and some people were seated inside. We decided to just get boxes and take our food to go and attempt to eat it later at home heated. The view was great but was very disappointed in the food, probably won’t make the drive over from Williamsburg again.

They used to have the absolute best fries. Now the fries are awful. Picked them up in a timely manner, but they were soggy and knuckle sized. Portion ratio vs price with the poor quality isn’t worth it at all. Overpriced for low quality fries. It’s really the same for anything on the menu, overpriced for not great quality. They were definitely known for the good fries. It’s a shame they don’t have ‘em.

Came in today at 4 :30 lady rolling silverware at s table. Dirty bathroom dirty, dirty tables, so we left! Silverware rolling much more important than4 paying customers. Normally love this place..

This is the second time that I have stopped at this restaurant with my boat. Once on a beautiful September afternoon, once in October during a surprise 80 degree day. I was accompanied both times by family. Both experiences were excellent. The food was great, and the service was prompt and very friendly. Every family member enjoyed the choice of food they had. Contrary to what I have been reading in past reviews, paper menus were available. During second visit it was necessary for us to sit outside at a picnic table due to the fact that we had a large dog. We were going to order takeout, but the waitress, Felicia, brought plates and utensils, as well our food to us so we didn't have to eat out of takeout boxes. We greatly appreciate her efforts to go the extra mile for us. I am definitely going to make this a regular habit! You can't beat the view, either.

It was a wonderful meal and experience but like I say, we were the only customers.Parking: We had handicapped parking, right by the ramp into the restaurant!Wheelchair accessibility: Excellent for us but only saw one spot for handicapped.

We went on Sunday and wanted some wings and they were out as usual. It would be great if you had cheeseburgers, reubens and pizza. The crab soup was awful. Thank you for getting some new employees. Our waitress was awesome.
