First off I just want to say how amazing the owner and his family are! I came from Ohio only to go to the distillery and black water station restaurant and to ride back roads. I get there and 21min before they were suppose to open they decided not to open the tasting room Dang! So I tell Robert Bonduraunt’s wife kind of a sad luck story (I think it was his wife?) sorry if that’s wrong. She goes in the back to talk to the owner comes back out and tells me he will be down to...
Great personal tour from Robert Bondurant. He was very personable and a great host. Really enjoyed hearing some family history and seeing the equipment that makes some great liquor.
Great place to visit and the best moonshine you can buy .Robert is a great guy who knows his business. Now Robert has opened Blackwater Station,if you think his moonshine is good try the barbeque he makes,take my word for it you'll go back again.
