Very disappointed with Gino’s Pizza in Chase City. The cheeseburger tasted like it was made with a frozen patty and wilted lettuce, and the Italian sandwich—which should have been served cold—came grilled with no lettuce, tomato, or mayo. On top of that, the fries were undercooked and the onion rings nearly burnt. Definitely needs fresher ingredients and better preparation.

Everytime I order from this place there’s something off about my order. Either it’s not done completely or it’s burnt. But I have a friend who frequents this place often and never have issues. How do you expect a customer to become a regular if new customers aren’t treated the same as the regulars? Only place in town to order a fresh made to order pizza and it’s never to satisfactory liking.

Love ginos baked spaghetti. I grew up in chase city but currently live in north Carolina. Anytime I pass through the area I always stop and get spaghetti with extra garlic bread and cheese fries.
Food is always great, the staff have always been friendly. Mine is not a one-time visit. I eat here often and would recommend this place to anyone who is hungry and wants to have a nice meal at a fair price.
