Good food doesn't always equal good service but you can definitely get what you need at Hardee's

Staff and manager don't know what they are doing. Messing up simple orders. With only two customers in line. Hardee's is just not the place.

I can not think of her name but I think it start with a M 🤔 she is a manager there. She has locs and she always wear it braided up or twisted up in a beautiful up do. Anyway she is AMAZING. The food is ALWAYS so good and hot when she is working. My kids and I eat at Hardee’s almost everyday 🤭. She is a great worker personality just overall nice and she handles her business when she is at work. Def a leader by example. Again she may get me lol but I cannot think of her name. I think it starts with a M. Again she has locks and she is light skin and wears it braided or twisted up in the back. Give that woman A RAISE! n if anyone wants good food and for it to be done right WHEN SHE IS THERE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. I gave 5 stars for her because the service when she works be that

The only Hardee's in the world that always no matter what says can you pull to the line. It's almost like they are instructed to clear the clock meter so corporate doesn't know it takes 15min for a burger and fries.

I normally don't say anything about this particular Hardee's but today it was just too much. Went in there at 11:59 a.m. got back to my truck at 12:13 p.m. had to walk across the street. I ordered the bag lunch hamburger. When I finally got to where I was going with my lunch and went to eat it not only was the sandwich cold it had cheese on it. This is why I don't stop here. Prioritizing the drive-thru over the people standing in front of you... That's the world we live in now.

It was a spur if the moment stop and i decided ro get a couple peices of fried chucken. The resturant was clean the staff were welcoming and friendly. The mood of the resturant calm not the usual fast food frenzy. The chicken thighs though slighty smaller than those huge mouth watering homemade hot biscuits were not too greasy and the flavor....wow. Yes they still have it.
The only slight problem was we almosr didnt when as i was pulling off with my box i saw this young man spri t thru the door frantically waving his arms at me to stop. He said he belueved there had been a mix up and would i please opwn my box to check. When i opened it much surprised was i to find i had a box with 2 bixcuits and no chicken. That young man saved me a great deal of time and inconvenience by running like an olympion to catch me before i left. Yes an error occured but we must remember we are all human and we all make mistskes.
I ordered the biscuits and gravy combo and a side of bacon. All I got was one biscuit and a cup of gravy. The cashier didn't ring my order up.as a combo and Im not correcting their poor performance. This was this first and last time I'll waste money here. If you cannot properly take and order what reason do I have to believe you can do anything else, like keep the restaurant clean and sanitary.

I ordered 2 coffee and 2 cinnamon rolls at the drive thru , I was in a rush, so the lady brought me coke instead of coffee and I said to my self that’s fine I just want to get on the road . The cinnamon rolls were dry .so I called , the lady at the phone was not professional at all . She insisted that they were fresh but she heated them at the microwave. I couldn’t find on the internet a phone number for the customer service. That’s explain why they have poor service in that branch .

It took them so long with the food.
