OK for starters I'm a white male and the times that I have eaten in the folks have always been nice to me. When I call in they know my voice and tell me when the food will be ready (plus/ minus ) a few minutes as things do happen. The food is always good and I am always treated nicely so they will continue to get my business. Just a note if you treat people with respect they will most of the time do the same.....just saying.
I'm from Baltimore and we are working outta town we need some to eat and found Jus Wings the people's was so nice food was good we be back in March to do more work at Microsoft and we will be back for some more wings thank you and keep up the good work š

The food is fantastic and has never disappointed. The wings are a favorite of my husband and my kids. The smash burgers are delicious and everything is always made as ordered. But when you walk in and get treated differently because of the color of your skin itās a problem. I watched as the woman behind the counter whom I believe is an owner greeted, smiled and carried on a conversation with the two women in front of me then when it was my turn and I approached the counter and smiled at her and said hello her smile turned to a grimace, I was not greeted I was just asked what I needed. I said I was there to pick up a to go order my husband placed online (the pickup time listed was between 4:09-4:24). It was 4:15, I was then told āwe just got that were fast but not miracle workers youāll have to waitā. I left to pick up my children and returned about ten minutes later to get our food. Again when we came back the person working was talking with the other customers and once again neither myself nor my children were greeted. Then the takeout window was opened she yelled out the window if I wanted ranch or blue cheese with my order and said it was ready to go. No thank you for your order or we appreciate your business just hereās your food. It made me feel very upset and I donāt believe we will be giving this business our money anymore. Everyone deserves to be treated the same no matter their race, nationality or ethnicity. God created all and the greatest commandment is to love one another. I will pray for these owners that their hearts will change. I will continue to pray for our country and this world that everyone will come to know Jesus is the only way to heaven.

I have ordered food from there a couple of times most recently the food was not good the best thing that I had from my order was actually the coleslaw and both times the person that waited on me was not very friendly not sure if she was the owner or not but I was very disappointed.

A whole group of us from the rescue squad ordered here tonight for the first time. This place is a hidden gem. All our orders were made exactly right, even the special requests, and the wings are really delicious. Iām not sure if they smoke them, but they definitely taste like it. What I appreciated most, is that they offer you the option of having your wings cooked hard or soft. I tried Buffalo wings and the lemon pepper dry rub and both were delicious. I highly recommend this place.

Iām so, so discouraged at the poor customer service we received. The lady (assuming owner?) I interacted with was so unprofessional and literally rude from the time she took my phone order. I forgot to tell her ābonelessā for a wing order and she scoffed and said āwell, now I gotta go back and start overā with such an attitude. I guess maybe they were busy but during the time I was ordering over the phone she seemed so irritated.. that should have been my sign from the start...like sorry Iām supporting your business?? Go to pick up the food- was told 30-35 min wait and it ended up being like 55 mins (no big deal, my main reason for this review is the poor customer service). When I ordered our food over the phone I asked for no ice in my drink since I knew I had to drive there, drive home, etc. When my food was finally ready- my drink was full of ice (again-no big deal, so I simply asked for no ice again since I still had to drive home). She literally rolled her eyes and huffed again and I could hear her mumbling as she walked away/was in the back. And then goodness forbid I brought an order back in after checking it in the car before I left (to ask if there was supposed to be sauce on them because they looked plain). Iām not sure if sheās always like that or was having a bad day or if they had been super slammed all day or what the problem was but she was so rude and it was so unacceptable. Itās unfortunate because we like to support small businesses. Not that it would make much of a difference, but our family will not spend another dime in their establishment.
Best wings & sauces anywhere around! Especially the garlic parm wings. Service is always great also considering itās usually just two people running everything by themselves.
