Stopped in to get a ice cream treat did not plan to review. The young kid who helped me at the counter was such a breath of fresh air that I had to post. When I stepped up to the counter I told him I needed a minute to decide and he stepped away letting me decide. When I said I was ready he took my order promptly and was friendly. He was happy to help me and did not act like I was bothering him. I will stop in again when I pass through Chase City.In the days after covid it is nice to be treated as a valued customer again.

very bad experience, its bad enough that they made the burger wrong but then you take it back for them to fix it and you have to wait while everybody else is eating but then they are so cheap they cant even give you a new bun after they had mustard literally gushing out of it when there wasnt supposed to be any at all on it. all they did was scrap the mustard off which is impossible to do load it down with ketchup and pass it off on you again like we wouldnt notice. i think its very disrespectful to your customers to try some underhanded thing like that. my daughter is not confrontational so she didnt try again and her burger went in the trash. Hardee's might be bad for getting it wrong but at least they redo you a whole new item. they dont try this underhanded crap.

While cruising by, I spied a sign that said "Candy Corn milk shakes". Ice cream, and candy corn? step on those breaks Son, we're pulling in!!Sundae's is the rebranded Tastee Freeze which offers a great variety of all things ice cream ? this location is very old, and a little run down, but clean, and best of all did I mention they have ice cream? ?The staff were very friendly, but unfortunately none of them had tasted the shake, so they weren't able to recommend it. My son and I debated it for about 2 seconds, and said "Yep, we need to try it. To me, it tasted exactly like their cotton candy milkshake, but that's okay, because the cotton candy shake is delicious. Our shakes were topped with whipped cream, and a dash of bright orange sparkle sugar. A perfect way to finish off our Halloween day.The price for one small, and one large shake was around $10.

I won’t spend another dime in this establishment, food is always cold! first they kept my food and kept my money! Second, the attitudes are trash! The manager now is always smoking cigarettes instead of running the store! This place has went down drastically since the old owners left!
We came here for lunch and ice cream. It seems ice cream is their thing hence the name Sundaes. The food was basic nothing fantastic. The staff were friendly and the restaurant seemed clean.

I have seen employees making sandwiches with their bare hands. The only time I ever go here is for milkshakes, and it never takes less than 10 minutes no matter how slow it is. For the amount of time it takes, the shakes are overpriced. Almost 5 dollars for a small milkshake.

Great food and friendly employees depending on time of day. Day time staff are great and the food is great. I never have an issue with the day time staff. Night staff is another beast entirely. Most dont seem to want to be there and have bad attitudes and the food reflects that. The price is also pretty high. For 2 burger meals and a happy meal cost me around $30 which isnt bad as long as the food is good. I wont go after 3pm.Kid-friendliness: They aren't very friendly to kids and their happy meal all of a sudden doeant come with a toy.
