The absolute worst customer service experience ever. Ordered online the 2 medium 3 toppings for $8.99 each. With tip and delivery fee came to $32.77. Only received 1 pizza. The driver stated that he would go back to his store and let his manager know and bring back the other pizza. After waiting over 30 minutes I called and was told that I'd have to pay another $32.77 for a medium pizza. I explained that I paid online for the special which was 2 medium pies for $8.99 each. just spent 45 minutes on hold. was told by the MIC that they are busy. 6 items on screen, 5 orders boxed and 4+ people in store. I worked for Dominos for 10 years, that isn't busy for 2 people to handle. no excuse. tried ordering anyway. I asked her why, if I'm using the cooperate coupon that this location is offering, why am I being charged extra. I have currently been on the phone with this store for about 37 minutes simply waiting for someone to answer the phone.
My last order was wrong, we were delivered the completely wrong order. We called and let them know and they said they would send out the correct order. After an hour we called again and the order was never sent out.
