Dirty , waited forever to be seated etc. Clearly understaffed and portions are small

Your staff are nice, food is ok. But you need to push corporate or whoever owns this location to do a remodel. It smells so bad inside. The varnished tables are permanently sticky and smell like dirty bleach water that they are cleaned with, and the carpets are musty and filthy. It's dark, outdated and dirty.

Went in on a Saturday at 11:45am place dead dat at bar employees just stood there didn’t even wait on me I got up and left great business not! Go elsewhere with better service!

Adam C is simply amazing! Every time I place a to go order, I look forward to seeing his smiling face. He is always prompt and courteous and makes sure my order is correct and I have everything I need. He is definitely a 5 star employee! Would give more stars if I could just because of him! You rock Adam!!!

I don't mean to be so harsh,,, but the food that they serve should be up to par even if it is curbside. I ordered alfredo chicken pasta,,,$18.34.
I had stopped coming to this Applebee's because of this around 3 years ago, but I decided tonight to give them another chance. And for what? The same exact problem,,, the noodles were stuck together some look uncooked and some didn't, the sauce on it was so skimpy I had to put my own sauce on it from my kitchen,,, the chicken was hard, and the whole entire dish tasted like cardboard,,, no seasoning whatsoever even on the chicken,,, the garlic bread stick that they gave me was tough,,,
I'm done with this location. Then they give you such a small portion,,,

Service was great, food was not. The newest item, the chicken alfredo fettuccine parmesan, looked great on the menu, presentation was lacking. The chicken was fried to a crisp in unseasoned batter, and difficult to cut. The marinara sauce reminded me of Chef Boyardee, the fettuccine alfredo was bland. The pickle fries and mozzarella sticks were good, but I made the choice not to fill up on appetizers. Also there was a dying roach on its back right by the hostess podium, and unfortunately that was an omen my whole party chose to wave off. I've had better food at Applebee's, but the quality has been going downhill over the years. I won't be going out of my way to eat at any of their locations.

In town and stopped for lunch. Parking lot was crowded. Greeted by very pleasant hostesses who seated us promptly . The booth and the entire restaurant is in need of a deep clean! I really wanted to leave but our server came over right away despite serving several tables. She was attentive but not intrusive. My entree, a cheese burger and fries was served cold! Not a little cold but cold! Other people in my party, did not have this problem, except chicken tenders were also cold. I didn't send it back as I don't trust sending back any food to the kitchen. I did take a couple bites and left the rest . Prices have gone up since the last time I ate at an Applebee's. Would I return? Probably not as several other choices in the area.

Our server/bartender was excellent. (9/6/2025) @ 3pm. I forgot how good the burgers are!!

Ordered drinks and it was straight juice!! A baby running around and the staff tending to the baby and not the customers! I watched several people walk out awaiting service that never came. Told the manager our drinks tasted like juice and she tried to tell us that’s how they are ! Honey no ! We come to Applebees all the time no mam!

Edit to add this was on August 16th older lady was the manager. Previously we come here often . The day staff are amazing and the manager on day shift has even come out to help me with special needs son as I cried in the booth. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE LEVEL OF TRASH THIS OLACE HAS BECOME!!!

Hadn't been to Applebee's in a long time. I went to the one in Chester Va. Food and service was very, very good 👍. Atmosphere was also very good. Happy 😊 Happy 😊

Good service, food was not as advertised. Ordered the neighborhood burger, 2 patties, I got 1 patty broken in half and stacked. Asked the waitress and she said that's how they do it.
