Ordered the neighborhood burger which is advertised as 2 3.5 ounce patties... I received one patty folded in half on a bun. I wish I could upload photos to this review to show exactly what I mean... a mcdouble would have had more meat.

Horrible experience on 3/16/24. 8:40 pm. Me and my Family got seated and never got an introduction. Nor asked for drinks. Waited 25 minutes for a waitress to come up to us. I approached the waitress with dark hair, thick, heavy build, and wear glasses, and she was like ok and unapologetic with an attitude.and i came with a calm approach . So i sat back down, and we still waited for another 10 minutess then we left. Some other lady came and was apologetic, and she tried to convince us to stay, but the wait was long enough at that point. We felt discriminated against the fact that the other family was waited on before us, and we got their first. This place has gotten the worst waitresses I've experienced since the few times i been here. Might be my last time unless i hear that they have new ones

The Applebee's in Chester Va. Easy to get to. Food was great and service was good. This was the first time in maybe 6 years since I had been in this one. Much nicer than the last time.

Frank the server was the first meet was very friendly, and went over menu. He was will to explain the sauces. The order came out very timely , right off grill and was excellent. My water was never empty and I drink a lot of water! A+
