Applebee's Grill + Bar

Dylan Jones was a fantastic worker when I was there. He was super nice to me and I even think he liked talking to me😉😉
But this past Sunday an employee named Jace seemed very lost.

Definitely gone down hill as of recent. Walked to in to nobody at the door, 2 or 3 staff sitting at tables putting on make up and brushing their hair. Hostess walked up and said sorry we're short handed. Then proceeded to ask a staff member putting on make up at a table if she would help and she refused. I wish I could remember the name of our waitress because she deserves a shout out. She was literally the only waitress in the entire establishment doing anything.

3 Stars because it's a 50/50 shot. Half the time the food is good, the other half it is not. Same goes for the wait time and the staff. I would say most Applebees that I have been to are about the same. But you know when you walk in you are taking that 50% chance of it being good or not.

5 stars simply from the amazing service we receive from Denise H. She is always so polite, positive and professional along with her outstanding friendly personality. Y’all are so lucky that have her!

I must say the everything here was so delightful. Staff member Denise was 2nd to none. Best customer service you could ask for. Give that lady a raise. Keep up the great work .

OMGGG I haven’t been to Applebees in a couple of years and decided on getting drinks at the bar . Got the pleasure of meeting Lovely Ivey ! She was just joy in a bottle . Wonderful service great conversation. Ivey alone would make me go back .

think it was oh my lord she deserves a promotion like I don’t know how yall are so lucky to have her work for yall but you guys are lucky oh my she was amazing
