I have visited Applebees twice recently and was served both times by Jessica R. She provided exceptional service by her professionalism, friendliness, and prompt attention to everything. Our frosty mugs were ice cold and the appetizers and dinners delicious! Thank you for great service and great food!

Do not recomend this location. The food was only warm and the salad was bad as if it had been setting out all day at room temperature. Server appeared to be pregnant with her shirt covering only half of her stomach. She was continually pulling her shirt down. So unsanitary.

Hands down one of the best places I've visited in the Chester area. The food was excellent. I've seen some people criticizing the spinach and artichoke dip, but I ordered it for my table, and it was great. Maybe it's an acquired taste for some people, but don't say it's bad. My o ly thing was we ran out of chips too fast and still had dip left. I had the spicy chicken sandwich, and they let request mushrooms on it. My table also ordered the broccoli and chicken Alfredo with blackened shrimp and the Whole Lotta bacon burger. Both dishes were great. We tried several of the alcoholic signature drinks, which were also great. Our server, Megan, was super nice and sweet. She was very patient with us and talked with us. The manager, Luke, was very friendly, and I don't often see many places where the manager comes out and interacts with the customers. I very much enjoyed my conversation with him. Overall, the atmosphere was very chill and laid back. It offered a friendly place to stop, eat, and socialize. I can't wait to visit here again.

We were promptly seated by a smiling young person and our waitress Brittani came right over and took our orders. Brittani was a very friendly and sweet young person. Brittani was very attentive and had a great smile and wonderful manners.

What a waste. The host was super friendly and I was sat immediately. Ten minutes later I decided to leave after no one approached. Watched other employees argue with each other, talk about customers in a negative way and play on their phones. Pretty clear why it’s peak time and it’s a ghost town inside

The fiesta lime chicken sat under the warming lamp in the kitchen until the tortilla stripe the chicken was sitting on started to burn.
The service was slow enough to where one needed to find someone to refill drinks.
Will not be going back here.

My experience at Applebees was wonderful. The atmosphere was nice and quit server nice and friendly easy to get alone with. Food was delicious will go back again ….Thank a lot …..

Ordered the all you can eat tenders, riblets and shrimp with endless fries and coleslaw. Came with 4 pieces of shrimp on my son's plate and only 2 riblets on mine. Took 25 minutes for my son to get his 2nd plate of tenders which only came with 3 small ones. I asked for my second to be tenders. Got 4 very small and overcooked ones that tasted like it was fried with stale fish. Son said he wasn't willing to wait for riblets because we were already there 2 hours. Not worth the money or time. Do yourself a favor and just order a regular plate.

The manager took care of me after my food wasn't right without making me feel like I did something wrong. Appreciate it!

We were promptly seated, and promptly ignored. After sitting for 15 minutes while 5 servers hung out at another table, we left. They were actually WATCHING us. Also, my shoes were sticking to the carpet. I wouldn't return if you paid me. 🤢

I'm gonna say it's been a long time since I've enjoyed Applebee's but the manager was very nice and Jessica killed it she was amazing we will definitely be back
