Ashton Creek Vineyard

Beautiful scenery and excellent wine, food was decent. The atmosphere felt a little stiff for a winery, quiet, no music, not very social or fun. The biggest downside was being rushed out(right at 7:50, place closes at 8pm); after spending a decent amount of money with four people on a Saturday night, we were asked about to-go boxes right at 7:45 with no warning or warm extension of time to finish our glasses of wine or hot plates of food.

Again Gorgeous setting, but the lack of warmth and rushed service left us disappointed.

Found this winery on our travels. Beautiful both inside and out. Large variety of whites, roses, and reds. You can create a flight. I enjoyed 2 glasses of different roses. I preferred the Lady May. My boyfriend got the red, Bailey's Bold, which he enjoyed. Servers were quite friendly. They also had a good variety of food. We had the cheese board and a light salad. Perfect to go with the wine. Looked like a nice venue for a party or wedding. I would go back.

We were passing through the area and found this gem online. The bar staff was excellent; the food was excellent; and the vibe was excellent! There was a live band playing in the barn area. They could be heard and enjoyed in the patio area as well. The main bar was quiet. There was a space for everyone. They have a large selection of wine, and we found a few that we enjoyed, but the food was the main event for me. I had the burger, the 3 cheese crab dip, and the Brussels sprouts. Each was bursting with flavor and creativity.

This was my first experience at a vineyard. I think the environment is beautiful. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Just wish they had some sort of fans outside to combat the heat!

Today we celebrated an employees retirement and she chose Ashton Creek Vineyard as the place for the event. There were over 20 of us from the nearby military base. We spent good money at Ashton Creek on food and drinks and right before we left on 5-28-2025 at 4 PM, the manager on duty charged us $27.50 for a cake fee because we brought a cake in from outside and they offer their own desserts was her reasoning. I asked her do you really need to charge us this fee for a party of over 20 people, doesn't sound like a good business model. She chose to charge us and I think it was a very bad decision on her part. Ruined a good experience!!!

We love having Ashton Creek close by. The food is always good, there is plenty of seating inside and outside, they have great events. A real gem.

It was a great place to meet and chat with our friends. The wine we had was good and the food was also really good. The staff was super friendly.

Super nice views and food options. I don't drink wine or beer but I've visited for their many events and adoption stands and will grab a gluten free snack to support them and the event

Feel so lucky to have such a wonderful place here in Chester. Food and atmosphere are so inviting.

Unfortunately, the service I received wasn't great when I went with girlfriends. We ordered at the same time. My friends' dinners arrived shortly after. After waiting for mine, I asked at the bar where my food was. When they checked, it had been given to another customer. They said they would do me another order, by which time my friends had finished their's. The staff were nonplussed and unconcerned. Very disappointing and I will not be revisiting as a result. Shame, as the venue is pleasant, but when you tip up front and serve yourself, getting what you ordered on time shouldn't be too much to ask.

Nice quiet vineyard off the the beaten path. Enjoyed the self directed sweet wine flight! Great place to catch up with friends in a nice casual atmosphere. They have a nice patio area to enjoy. The chicken salad brushetta was just enough food without feeling stuffed. Staff is friendly and offers suggestions!

Beautiful vineyard. Great wine and amazing food. Customer service is outstanding. We came here for our anniversary lunch.

We selected the flight tasting menu in which it was a treat. The food was not an ordinary menu but I also wasn’t mad at it. My food choice is attached down below. The staff were neither welcoming nor friendly. However the atmosphere was ok. The chairs were hard, no staff checked on us, and no soft music playing neither. Outside provided nice seating and views of the vineyard.

I went to Ashton Creek Vineyard for the first time on Saturday. As we walk in, the hostess asked for a credit card to start a tab. Ok! We walked to the bar, ordered our food and drinks, And sat at one of the tables, the chairs are very uncomfortable with hard bottoms. The buzzer rang and I went and picked up my food, I asked for hot sauce which they don’t carry. the staff is average , not rude, but they’re not friendly, The atmosphere was very dull. There was no music playing, not a welcoming Environment. We ended up leaving and finishing our evening elsewhere. I will not be returning.
