Unfortunately, the service I received wasn't great when I went with girlfriends. We ordered at the same time. My friends' dinners arrived shortly after. After waiting for mine, I asked at the bar where my food was. When they checked, it had been given to another customer. They said they would do me another order, by which time my friends had finished their's. The staff were nonplussed and unconcerned. Very disappointing and I will not be revisiting as a result. Shame, as the venue is pleasant, but when you tip up front and serve yourself, getting what you ordered on time shouldn't be too much to ask.
Nice quiet vineyard off the the beaten path. Enjoyed the self directed sweet wine flight! Great place to catch up with friends in a nice casual atmosphere. They have a nice patio area to enjoy. The chicken salad brushetta was just enough food without feeling stuffed. Staff is friendly and offers suggestions!
Beautiful vineyard. Great wine and amazing food. Customer service is outstanding. We came here for our anniversary lunch.
We selected the flight tasting menu in which it was a treat. The food was not an ordinary menu but I also wasn’t mad at it. My food choice is attached down below. The staff were neither welcoming nor friendly. However the atmosphere was ok. The chairs were hard, no staff checked on us, and no soft music playing neither. Outside provided nice seating and views of the vineyard.
I went to Ashton Creek Vineyard for the first time on Saturday. As we walk in, the hostess asked for a credit card to start a tab. Ok! We walked to the bar, ordered our food and drinks, And sat at one of the tables, the chairs are very uncomfortable with hard bottoms. The buzzer rang and I went and picked up my food, I asked for hot sauce which they don’t carry. the staff is average , not rude, but they’re not friendly, The atmosphere was very dull. There was no music playing, not a welcoming Environment. We ended up leaving and finishing our evening elsewhere. I will not be returning.
My niece chose Ashton Creek Vineyard for her all girls Birthday outing. It very nice and serene.
I enjoyed the Sweet Moscato 2022 and the
Crab dip. Also, the staff was very nice.
A+ service!! Beautiful a must see!??
staff are really kind and they have nice dish and wines.
It was my first visit and I asked some recommendations.
I satisfied whole experience!
Stopped in after a visit to Grant's headquarters at City Point. We tried two tastings, ordered a glass of Side Way's and Cab Sav along with a Yardbird sandwich and lamb gyro, we enjoyed the Yardbird so much we ordered another. Great spot. Try the wine slushies!
We went to their sister winery first, Riverside Vines but they were closed for a private event. They themselves suggested we try here..
Very disappointing. It was just like a cafe/diner. Order at the bar and go collect food from the bar, pay upfront! I had the Lamb gyro which was incredibly hard to chew due to the high fat content in their lamb. Yes, I know lamb can be high in fat but this was so chewy I had to spit it out. When we sent it back the bartender had nothing to say, other than "what do you expect, it's sheep!?". Wrong attitude in my opinion. No apology, no offer to replace with another option. Awful experience. They should stop serving food and concentrate the wine.
Husband had the italian sandwich which was just ok.
We won't return.

Nice, quaint atmosphere with accommodating staff. Delicious food and wine! Will certainly visit again.
Really good sandwiches. Other food we saw come out of the kitchen looked good also. Wine is a tough one. Reds were better than the whites. Red tasting came out of taps that did not make a good impression. We did both a red and white tasting and did buy a bottle of Baileys Bold that was much better out to the bottle than the tasting provided.
It would be in the best interest of this company to take a field trip to wineries in Northern Virginia and take notes on the quality of food, customer service, hospitality, and how to sell and recommend wines to newcomers. The girls behind the bar could not be bothered. A patron asked the staff for a glass of water and she rolled her eyes and pointed to a jug with PLASTIC CUPS (that are used at a little league baseball game) around the corner. Very much country bumpkin vibes instead of winery vibes. The staff was bothered when we asked for a straw, napkins, and silverware. We did not tip because there was a lack of service. Also one wine was only available by bottle, another not at all, and another wine was only for members. Get the menu in some type of order because I've never heard of all these stipulations. Sad experience because we came to spend money. To anyone who is interested, check out Potomac Point Winery in Stafford, VA.
Friendly folks in a nice atmosphere. The Moscato was very nice. The cabarnet franc/Cabernet sauvignon blend was nice.
Bad. I went there and I wait like 20 minutes in the empty bar and nothing. No service. Not recommended. Then I went to another winery and it was great!
