Slow, rude and crap food ..... and expensive to boot. We where the only car there at 1230 in the afternoon on a Tuesday and it took 20 minutes for cold food. DONT GO HERE !

Almost never open, when they should open, Bojangles has to do better 25 minutes for sausage and biscuits and fries!

Didnt get everything what i ordered, staff had an attitude when i asked for what i paid for. Was asked to pull up and noone brought the order out until i called inside and the manager answered. No straws, napkins etc.... im done with bojangles; all of them

I sat in the drive thru for 2 minutes and no one said anything to me until, I said something. I asked for a 3 piece wing dinner and they gave me 2 thighs and a leg. No silverware and the food was cold. I tried to call the number and it sounds like it's a fax number. If I could give zero stars I would

Went to bojangles by my house for the first time got to the window to buy some chicken and the bojangles associate says we have no chicken ,what no chicken for another 20 minutes i think wen they see the chicken is getting low they should start preparing more so they don't run out I was very dissapointed at tge way they run there business
ive visited all 50 states and this is by far the worst restaurant in the country, not the chain just this location

I am a lyft driver and every time. I want to stop to get me something to eat. I'm winding up at this Bojangles, but it is not good. The customer service stinks every time like today I went there and nobody was in the front. A guy was there and he said customer service. Nobody still showed up I left.

Food was fresh and hot but I sat at the drive thru window for a Cajun chicken biscuit sandwich only....asked for cheddar and got American....I guess the guy working the window was unaware he had to get the food too. I normally would've went off but it was Sunday and I wanted to enjoy my ride home in the sun stress free I just wanted to and needed to eat and it was the closest thing to me.

I worked at Bojangles so they really were slacking.
1. 10+ minutes in line without a very tiny line
2.No lemon in the tea
3. There is no biscuit in my 2 piece dark
4. THERE WAS A HAIR ON BOTH PIECES OF CHICKEN
Needless to say I threw the meal in the trash

The people who work at all the local Bojangles around here are literally the definition of why $15 minimum wage is a bad idea. I think a requirement to work here is being a high school dropout. 0 customer service skills are present and apparently they just close whenever they want. Last time I went here I waited about 5 minutes to order in the drive thru before somebody finally came on the intercom and said “we close in 20 minutes and we ain’t cooking no more.”
