Buffalo Wild Wings

This is my favorite resturant but this time it was the worst experience ever. The guy attending us not once gave us a refill on our drinks.
I also ordered a 6 piece traditional mild wings and when I got them, they were very hard and had no sauce. Then I asked the server if he could give me sauce and he left and came back like 15 minutes later when my wings were already cold. And then I ordered an additonal 6 wings and they were the exact same as dry. I would never come back to this location.

If I could give a 0, I would. We took my 97 year old dad to the restaurant to watch the Steeler game. The manager told the hostess to seat us at a table and we asked if a booth was available. They moved us. The server came over and asked for a drink order but when dad couldn't hear she rolled her eyes and acted completely unprofessional. Once the games started, we realized that dad could not see the game. The manager said they could not move us to one of the open tables or change one of the many tv screens to the game. The manager said he only had party tables left (where he originally told the hostess to seat us) but we couldn't have one. So they may have made more money today but we, including the other 18 local members of my family, will never be back. I hope you make the same decision today after reading this.

Had a very good server mesha who was quick and attentive. Bar service was good and the manager was friendly, seemed pretty slow for a Friday but I’ll be back with friends for game days & fight nights.

I just left this location about five minutes ago and I’m sitting in the parking lot leaving a review. I had the most amazing experience. I was greeted by Brendan and Kenzie. Kenzie is in training, but you would not have known it. They were so kind and accommodating and fun. Kenzie had on a Dallas cowboy jersey and of course I had to tease her because I’m a Commander’s fan. But I had the best experience ever. On top of that before I could sit down good my food was ready All around phenomenal experience. They will definitely see me again.

Very weird managing at this establishment because why are you having one worker by themselves when there are endless mobile orders… like come out and help them thank you! Additionally, adjust the wait times

Terrible, terrible service. Waitress never delivered my husband's order. We left without him getting his food. Manager didn't help the situation.

First walking in the restaurant they seat us. The waiter we had was nice but the food did not match the service. We ordered the house sampler and I will say the best thing on there was the ranch. Not only that, we felt that these other two employees/ managers were hovering over us while we tried to eat and talk in peace.It was disappointing to say the least.

The employee Bri is such a hard worker it was late at night and she constantly checked on us and was very polite and helpful catered to all are needs it was almost closing time 10/10 will come back Bri needs a raise oms 😛✌🏼

Exelente place for Buffalo wings. Service once in a while you get a waitress out of focus, but most of the time very good service.

Placed an order an hour and a half in advance for pick up and I had to then wait 30 more minutes just for my order to be wrong.

Service is slow and rude so I order online and it took over an hour of waiting to finally get my food. I ordered at 7pm and was supposed to pick up at 7:20 went in and was told it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. I waited until 7:40 went back in and was told it would be another 15 to 30 minutes... I didn't actually receive my food until 8:04 then they didn't even have the asian zing sauce on them so I had to go back to fix it.

Walked in with my son and was seated with in 3 minutes. Then we sat at the table for 20 minutes while every server in the area made eye contact with me and did everything but greet me. The restaurant was not particularly busy. I watched tables get cleaned, people get assistance at other tables multiples times, but no one would even entertain the fact that my son and I were sitting there. When I got up and asked to speak to a manager and inform her of what happened the server who I am assuming was responsible for my table came over to listen in on our conversation. I wish she would’ve put that much enthusiasm into seeing how she could have served us. Came to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Colonial Heights and there was a night and day difference in customer service.
