Buffalo Wild Wings

We go to this location quite a bit. Every time we've been there in the last couple of years theres been a shortage of help. Usually there's only 1 server on floor. Some times it's just the bartender . Definitely need to hire more people. Yall are working these ladies to death.

Placed an online to go order at this location on 05/29/25 and was very dissatisfied. Went inside to pick up the order and when the food was brought out only 2/3 meals was in the bag. After speaking to the man upfront about it and searching for the other meal we realized that the meal had gotten deleted off the order. I completely understand that sometimes the apps mess up and asked if I could go ahead and just order and pay for it then. I ordered 10 boneless honey bbq wings and a side of fries. The total came up to $21 something so I then asked if I could get the bundle deal offered on the app since the meal got deleted and it was only a couple dollars different. The guy then said “No sorry that’s only for people that place online orders. You can stand there and place one for it but I don’t know when we will get it.” I was hoping that since their app had messed and deleted part of my order they could still honor it but he was very against trying to work with me. We then proceeded to wait 20+ minutes for our last meal to be brought out. After the wait and having to hear the staff very loudly carry on upfront the food was ready and we left after not having the best experience inside already. Once we got home and started getting the food out we realized that the food we waited so long for was completely wrong. Again we ordered 10 honey BBQ boneless wings, but when we opened the box we were given 5 garlic parmesan traditional wings and 5 mild traditional wings, not even close to what we ordered. And sadly this wasn’t the first occasion that I’ve received the complete wrong order but I usually catch it before we make the half hour drive back but due to the situation I was too irritated and just wanted to leave. So if anyone gets to the end of this I suggest that you pick a different location to eat at.

Great place for a beer and wings! Staff was great! Atmosphere was wonderful!

I know only a computer will see this but I’m hoping one of the managers puts enough effort into checking their reviews. But if you’re looking for entertainment and I’m not talking about the big screens I’m talking about the employee drama please enjoy a free Jerry Springer show here. Our waitress I assume was new that has to be the only explanation so I’m human and gave grace being in customer service as well. She was barely keeping up with the tables she had and got our order wrong after waiting for over 40 mins for our food in the first place. But then, wait there’s more, she approached the hostess and proceeded to interrogate her about how she skipped her for the next table. I thought with the look in her eyes she was about to drop the hostess. The BEST and most POSITIVE thing was there was a girl there CRUSHING it on floor Lauryn and jumped in and politely asked if we were ok made sure we got our food corrected, napkins and refills. And continued to check on us when our waitress came up missing for a STRONG 15 mins. After she stormed off huffing and puffing like the big bad wolf into the bathroom over her skipped table. Kudos to Lauryn for her TEAM WORK and understanding it takes leadership without a title to make a difference. Thank you for doing more you turned a bad experience into a better situation with your smile and empathy.

Good atmosphere and great prices and dope spot to watch the games and fights

One of the worst dining experiences Ive ever had, they took food off my plate because they messed up the count. This place sucks. Food was fine everything else was awful. Upper management was very rude as well.

Sometimes I realize I am just getting too old and thinking things should be like they were not long ago. Seemed short staffed and had a loud mouth at the bar thinking everyone in the place wanted to hear what he was saying...NOT!!!

That one elderly lady that’s always serving in. The bar section is the only reason why I would give this establishment a four star. The lady has been clutch for years, but all in all the establishment has its own and off days when it comes to the food. You might honestly get your food in four minutes and literally just be shocked how it came out so quickly and then the next time wait two hours for your food

Placed online order at 6:15. Told it would be ready at 6::50 and arrived at 7. Waited another 30 minutes while it was being “bagged” just to finally have to check on order again and said it was just put out. Food was not fresh and had clearly been sitting. Potato wedges so soggy they were falling apart and wings already cold. Generally happy with the food even when it’s a wait but this was unacceptable.

I absolutely love when I come in there and Tiffany calls me by name. She always makes sure my food is correct and I have everything I need. I would love it if they stop being stingy with the 'sauce sauce' sauce.

this place takes FOREVER!!! you can order online and arrive late and still wait 20-30 minutes, just to be given the wrong food to start over the process, when you say something they act like youre a terrible person

Very poor service, never got drink refills even after asking several times. Extremely disappointing for a $75 dinner.

Not my first Time visiting but I must say the Buffalo Wild Wings in Chester has some really good consistency. I’m usually hesitant about going to these chain restaurants because it seems like they’ll make a big batch of something and depending on when you order comes up it’s simply not fresh/hot. Well I’ve visited this location twice in 1 week and I’m happy to report my food was full of flavor and hot. My typical order is the Buffalo Chicken Ranch Wrap with a side of wedges. Always hits the spot and definitely recommend this location.

One of the better Buffalo wild wings. Noticed with this specific chain of restaurants that it is really hit or miss, but this location is by far the best one I've been to.

Terrible customer service experience. Walked into the hostess and the waitress talking about stations and waited a few minutes. When we weren't acknowledged, I spoke to them. I was immediately informed that they were talking about the seating areas and they would be with us when they finished. To not even ACKNOWLEDGE a customer standing in front of you is tactless....even if it's an 'Hi, welcome in, we'll be with you shortly' would show a little class.

But thank you Tiffany for YOUR display of attentiveness! Please teach that hostess how it's supposed to be done.
