Terrible customer service experience. Walked into the hostess and the waitress talking about stations and waited a few minutes. When we weren't acknowledged, I spoke to them. I was immediately informed that they were talking about the seating areas and they would be with us when they finished. To not even ACKNOWLEDGE a customer standing in front of you is tactless....even if it's an 'Hi, welcome in, we'll be with you shortly' would show a little class.

But thank you Tiffany for YOUR display of attentiveness! Please teach that hostess how it's supposed to be done.

Ordered food to go got home and sauce was not included which I got on the side so now I am home with sauce less wings. Things happen no biggy but unfortunate none the less.

It took a long time to be seated. It took a long time to get my order taken and I was even told I would be paying for a 15% gratuity. My meal took a long time to get to me, and it even wasn’t complete when I got it. I had to wait for my side. Because I had to pay 15% gratuity, I didn’t bother leaving a tip. I’m not going back

The customer service is the worst, the truth is, it's a rubbish place. I love the food, but the customer service is the worst and they still bring you frozen food 1 star⭐️ too bad I can't give it a 0 ⭐️

Today, after a long and gruesome day of work I decided I was going to treat myself with what I thought would be an incredible salad for dinner. Well, I was surely mistaken as when I had arrived to the location I was greeted with an impatient attitude and a horrific atmosphere. I told the man up front that I was here for a mobile order that my girlfriend had gotten for me, and I was met with a wait on the salad being made. I was there for approximately 15 minutes, and as I was on a time constraint I just left. My parting interaction was rather rude, and with my horrific experience I must say that I will never be returning!!

I have been going to this location for years each time it becomes more disappointing! I ordered a mobile order and even though I was 5 minutes late the salad I ordered wasn’t even ready.I then waited for the salad to be prepared for 10 minutes and then had to leave because of the time I was wasting.I also ordered boneless wings and then proceeded to get traditional in the same order pathetic!!!!!

Took care of me and my party very well! Went in for lunch, had a good time, good food! Waitress did forget some of our stuff but she prolly had a lot on her plate, but she served well still!

So I usually eat here A LOT! Only thing I despise is I get a certain flavor of boneless wings and 75% of the time I get some with no garlic Parmesan sauce. My friends could barely tell what flavor it was. Hate leave reviews like this but when I constantly order a certain flavor and barely get what I asked it’s pretty annoying. If it happened here and there it wouldn’t be bad but 75% is a bit much. I shouldn’t have to call and ask “can you add the appropriate amount of sauce to my order”

I rarely write reviews. We hesitated to come here due to some negative reviews concerning the service. Craving chicken wings, we decided to chance it. The service was exceptional! Our server Tiante was the best server we have had at any restaurant recently, including higher end restaurants. We will certainly be back.

Very slow service always. I LOVE the wings. Fries are always cold and hot mix and I can get all flats.

Stopped in tonight and it wasn’t busy at all. We sat that for a good 10 minutes and got stared at by managers and servers and nobody came to us. Meanwhile all the servers are having a jolly ole time talking to each other in the serving station. We eventually walked out.
