This is the best chicken that I've truly ever . I'm from Columbia, South Carolina this is my very first time in Virginia and I've never take any other chicken like this one. I got the brown sugar heat traditional wings. And let me tell you it's the best that I've ever put in my mouth. I'll most definitely be going to get more before I head back out to SC

Great burgers and cheese curds. The wings are just okay. They are often small with very little meat. The rewards are a bonus. There are a lot of free food options.

I had a mixed experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings location.

Our server, Samantha, was very nice and sweet. She made sure we were taken care of and got everything right. Her customer service was top tier, and I really appreciated her attitude and attentiveness.

However, when the food was brought out, Haley (not sure of the spelling) made a smart comment and did not speak to us respectfully. In customer service, it’s important to know how to communicate with people and control your tone, regardless of frustrations. On top of that, there was constant screaming and yelling in the back, which was rude and disruptive while trying to enjoy our meal.

On a positive note, Varyn (not sure of the spelling) and Samantha both provided excellent customer service and stood out in a good way.

Akhirah was an awesome server. Management was rude. 1pm games were lightly attended but there was an issue with seating at high tops in the bar area and addressed rudely/poorly by mgr.

WAST OF TIME. Just came in and asked for a table for 4, At first we were taken to the bar side, I said we had 2 kids and asked if we could sit on the other side. I got an eye roll and was taken back over to the other side and the waitress / hostess just threw the menus on the table and walked away. We sat there for 15 mins, NOBODY came over to take our drink order or acknowledge us and we watched another party of 5 come in and they were seated on the same side as us by another host. We then watched the girl that seated us WALK right over to their table to take their drink order! We got up and left, we will not be coming back to this location again. Absolutely ridiculous that the person who seated us went to another table before ours. We were there first. Will be going out of our way to Colonial Heights in the future.

Picked up a to go order on the way home from work...was a few minutes early. Order was ready as promised. Staff was friendly and courteous.
Unfortunately regarding our order the fries seemed a day old and none of my drinks came with my order...on the 6 for 20 deal. Just a bummer....no tip...but shorted me 12 bucks worth of drinks...

This is my favorite resturant but this time it was the worst experience ever. The guy attending us not once gave us a refill on our drinks.
I also ordered a 6 piece traditional mild wings and when I got them, they were very hard and had no sauce. Then I asked the server if he could give me sauce and he left and came back like 15 minutes later when my wings were already cold. And then I ordered an additonal 6 wings and they were the exact same as dry. I would never come back to this location.

If I could give a 0, I would. We took my 97 year old dad to the restaurant to watch the Steeler game. The manager told the hostess to seat us at a table and we asked if a booth was available. They moved us. The server came over and asked for a drink order but when dad couldn't hear she rolled her eyes and acted completely unprofessional. Once the games started, we realized that dad could not see the game. The manager said they could not move us to one of the open tables or change one of the many tv screens to the game. The manager said he only had party tables left (where he originally told the hostess to seat us) but we couldn't have one. So they may have made more money today but we, including the other 18 local members of my family, will never be back. I hope you make the same decision today after reading this.

Had a very good server mesha who was quick and attentive. Bar service was good and the manager was friendly, seemed pretty slow for a Friday but I’ll be back with friends for game days & fight nights.

I just left this location about five minutes ago and I’m sitting in the parking lot leaving a review. I had the most amazing experience. I was greeted by Brendan and Kenzie. Kenzie is in training, but you would not have known it. They were so kind and accommodating and fun. Kenzie had on a Dallas cowboy jersey and of course I had to tease her because I’m a Commander’s fan. But I had the best experience ever. On top of that before I could sit down good my food was ready All around phenomenal experience. They will definitely see me again.

Very weird managing at this establishment because why are you having one worker by themselves when there are endless mobile orders… like come out and help them thank you! Additionally, adjust the wait times
