The drive thru was wrapped around the building and it moved so fast die to staff taking orders while you are in line. Don't let a long line discourage you, 15 cars move faster than 2 at other fast food restaurants.

Doesn't even come close to the Colonial Heights location. CH is top notch, so we'll managed and Sooo friendly EVERY DAY.

This location is quite literally the only location of cfa that I’ve had a problem with. I asked for chicken minis with extra honey butter however, unlike every other location, who refused to do it and said they would not accommodate. Afterwards, after standing to the side waiting for my food, amongst 2 other people in a more spacious area, I was the only one directed to stand on the other packed side (yes I’m AA and yes the other 2 were Caucasian ) . Very poor experience.

Long time fan of chick-fil-a. Good fast service. A bit pricy 11 bucks for 2 english muffins with grilled chicken and egg. Problem is if the chicken on the egg white grill gets any smaller you may need a search party to find it. Shrinkflation is alive and well just look around.
