My four year old daughter has gotten violently ill after eating at this location twice now, and I’ve had stomach pains and nausea the one time I went with my family. I’m not one to cry food poisoning over everything little coincidence, and we have been long time fans of Chic-fil-a, but 3 strikes and you’re out. We will never be returning to this location. Be careful. All 3 meals included nuggets.
The nuggets are tiny, the breading always peels off, the foods not bad. The service is awesome.
Maybe I'm just not a chic fil a person.
Although it was packed, they were great at getting people in and out quickly. Very good service and the food was hot!
Nice store plenty of parking, but access back to Rt 10 is f difficult because of no light., drive thru is efficient and smooth.
Quick and fast a long line at drive through but very fast service

All of the posted signage in this store says they close at 10pm on Friday and Saturdays. I go in at 9:20 and staff tells me to leave and that my only option is Drive Thru. This is deceptive and not a good way of doing business. I’ll be reporting this to corporate as well as it is not within their operational standards.

The Chick-fil-A located at 2900 West Hundred Road in Chester, VA, appears to have significant operational issues. Here's a clearer breakdown of the concerns:
1. Drive-Thru Walkout Door: At the drive-thru, 3-4 employees often gather near the walkout door, watching passing cars and debating who should deliver food to customers, rather than taking prompt action.
2. Inside Operations: Just inside the walkout door, another group of 3-4 employees prepares orders and makes drinks. They also spend time debating who should pass the completed orders to the team delivering them to customers.
3. DoorDash Neglect: DoorDash drivers are reportedly ignored, often left waiting outside in below-freezing temperatures until at least two drivers arrive. Only then are they acknowledged, with apparent disdain for individuals working hard to support their families.
These behaviors suggest a lack of efficiency and customer service focus that needs immediate attention.

Pulled off 95 to get something quick to eat. Ordered the most basic order, a #1 chicken sandwich meal and it took more than 20 min for me to get my food after they had me pull forward in the drive through lane. I’ve never experienced bad service at a Chick Fil A until I came to this one. Absolute joke.

Love food and excellent service, but this place is always packed, and drive-thru is a pain in the butt.
