The couple of cashiers have TERRIBLE attitudes. The customer service at this location compared to others is drastic. Don’t even bother coming here. The food is way too expensive for the kind of service you get.

We went through the drive-thru at the Chester Chicken Fiesta and ordered a family pack. After waiting about 10 minutes at the window, we were told to pull into parking spot 1, where we waited another 10 minutes. When we got home and opened our order, the beans were extremely watery and had no flavor at all. The quality at this location is nowhere near the standard of the Colonial Heights, Midlothian, or Broad Street Chicken Fiesta locations.
I don’t know what’s going on with the management here, but the lack of consistency is obvious. The beans we received this evening were especially disappointing and tasted nothing like the flavorful, well-prepared beans we’ve had at other locations. This was a complete waste of money, and unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.

I was not expecting this place to be good, but I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't think it would be authentic and flavorful, but they proved me wrong. I tried a chicken quesadilla, nachos and steak burrito and all were yummy. I couldn't give it 5 stars cause it wasn't at par with the best fast Mexican food that I've had, but it was way up there and yummy. Their mango and horchata drinks were really good as well. Prices are fair.
Perhaps if we had just ordered the rotisserie chicken then all would’ve been faster and tastier. Chicken salad made with the rotisserie chicken wasn’t as good as we hoped for.

We love Chicken Fiesta, but after tonight's experience, I won't give them anymore of our money. We ordered online from the Chester location, as we do a few times a month. They use Door Dash for their deliveries, which has always been great. Tonight, the dasher delivered 1 bag, as show in the picture that she sent us after completing the delivery. One of our dinners was missing. I called Chicken Fiesta and spoke to 2 very rude employees who both insisted the door dasher took 2 bags. Obviously, from the dasher picture, 2 bags were not delivered. They never apologized or seemed remotely concerned in the least. Totally not cool. They said to contact Door Dash and that was that. No responsibility, no trying to see what happened, nothing. I'm really annoyed and disappointed.
