Waitress was very helpful with the menu and also very attentive. The only thing the drink I ordered was very weak. I didn't taste any alcohol in the drink

I'm a long time former Chili's corporate trainer so, I don't eat at Chili's anymore after eating at it so much previously! But the menu has changed substantially. Food was great. Restaurant was clean. Service was okay. Not wowed but not bad. Sometimes a smile and being attentive goes a long way. Food was really good though.

We used to go to Chili's regularly. We always knew we'd get good food and good service. The last time we went, the table was sticky, the service was slow and we left before we even got all of our food. Went we told the hostess the table was sticky, she half wiped it down with a semi dry paper towel. We ordered chips and queso, mozzarella sticks and chicken crispers. The chips and salsa took 5 minutes to come out. When we asked where our queso was, the food running said it was coming, as if we were bothering him asking for our full order. 10 minutes later, the queso finally showed but still no mozzarella sticks. After another 15 minutes, we were finally able to flag down our server to inform her we still hadn't gotten our cheese sticks. She seemed fairly unbothered by it but said she'd check. Needless to say, we left. The manager did comp our queso and my husband's beer but we are very disappointed in how far the restaurant has gone downhill.

Not my first visit, but definitely my first review. Me and my family had a quick bite of lunch here we ordered kids, chicken tenders and two smokehouse combos, Nashville, mozzarella sticks. My favorite item was the Nashville mozzarella sticks. now I don’t know a whole lot about Nashville sauce, but this sauce was a nice smoky not too spicy sauce. I’d actually order this sauce if they sold it in the stores 😅I give them a 10 out of 10. The service was great. The total came to about $80. honestly, I couldn’t even eat everything so I took just about half of my order home and had it for dinner. Definitely recommend and will revisit.

I was eating wings. I got through two before i found a whole receipt in my food. My waitress said let me go speak to my manager. I was hoping the manager would have came out and apologized to me. Because how did paper get into food from 10:02 AM! I am so disgusted. You may have taken the wings off but it’s the principle the manger did not try to come out and make things better. Taking something off doesn’t mean everything is okay. I couldn’t even finish my entree nor my trio dips. Because god knows what else could have been in that. If i could give a 0 star rating i would. Do better. Disgusting behavior and no cleanliness around that store especially the kitchen.

Bayley, maybe Bayleigh... she looked like a Bayliegh🤗. Awesome at her services and was very watchful, kept us up with refills, and brought us out our food fresh from the kitchen! Absolutely delicious food, one of the best Chili's experiences I've had in a very long time. I got the wings, the kitchen jipped me on tyne lthe buffalo sauce, i thought they were plain but I saw that they swiped a little sauce across them lol. Overall the food was good. More sauce guys! Ordered a veggie patty plain due to dietary restrictions. Not only did it come out with cheese on it, but it was frozen. Frozen SOLID. Lost my appetite. Now I remember why I never go to Chili's.
The service was great, and the food was awesome. Even though it was busy, we didn't have to wait long to get our order, and it was served piping hot.

Had an awesome waitress/bartender. She was prompt, courteous and just overall a happy person. I also loved her sparkly eyeshadow and fake lashes!!! Great experience!
