Young ladies running the line and register need to have better customer service. No smiles, no hi what can I get you, no have a good night or have a good evening. It sucks. Foods normally good/ okay, wish they had the vinegerette wasn’t able to get that.

I had a great experience at Chipotle recently, and I have to give a huge shoutout to one of the associates, Joslyn. Not only does she have a genuinely kind and welcoming smile, but she also handled a tough situation with incredible grace and professionalism.

There was a bit of a mix-up in the line during a busy rush, and while some customers were getting impatient, Joslyn stayed calm, courteous, and completely in control. She communicated clearly, kept the line...

The atmosphere is always crowded and uncomfortable. The service is VERY slow. Seems like a bunch of kids in the background constantly playing. Seems as if they have 0 adult supervision/guidance on the backend. So what happens when teens are left at home alone for the 1st time????
