I had a great experience at Chipotle recently, and I have to give a huge shoutout to one of the associates, Joslyn. Not only does she have a genuinely kind and welcoming smile, but she also handled a tough situation with incredible grace and professionalism.

There was a bit of a mix-up in the line during a busy rush, and while some customers were getting impatient, Joslyn stayed calm, courteous, and completely in control. She communicated clearly, kept the line...

The atmosphere is always crowded and uncomfortable. The service is VERY slow. Seems like a bunch of kids in the background constantly playing. Seems as if they have 0 adult supervision/guidance on the backend. So what happens when teens are left at home alone for the 1st time????

The people that work there are nice but honestly, it’s always kind of dirty when I go there. The tables are never wiped off. I feel like the portions are super small if you place an online order or call ahead, you literally have to be on there to make sure that they give you the correct amount of portions.
