Always a great experience at Cracker Barrel.

First time I've ever easier at Cracker Barrel and been disappointed with my food. There were 6 of us and everyone found at least 2 things wrong with our orders.

my server narianna h was great and very attentive to me and my family and made sure we had everything we needed without us asking !! shes also recommended us the herb chicken which delicious thank you nariana for your great service

We went after 9 PM and food and service couldn’t have been better. So happy they have decided not to change. Love the good old fashioned way they do business.

I had a gift card for to go order and figure I would treat myself to a lunch.
Because there was no one at the hostess stand I went to the cashier to see if I could place an order.
The cashier called somebody and after a few minutes no one showed up so she went over and got me a menu then she walked in the back.
This was at 12:30..and it was not that crowded so not a huge lunch rush.
There was a grandfather and his granddaughter waiting to be seated so when the lady came to take my order I told her they were in here first because I can wait a few extra minutes. Once she found out theirs was not to go order for the grandparent, she had to find somebody to seat them.
I saw the picture on the wall for the steak and shrimp. I ordered it and got 2 sides of dumplings.
I got a water in a cup and I got my food after about 15 minutes.
I work only about 10 minutes away and when I got started eating I realized the steak was something I would find at a greasy spoon that had been hard pressed against a skillet or a flat top. It was fatty and very tough to cut and chew.
The 4 or 5 little shrimp at round top had some good flavor but I could tell they had to sit around for a while.
The dumplings were okay and this whole meal was not worth the $25.22.
Please fix your people and your product.

Our food was ice cold when came out. Family night meal was awful. Asked for napkins and straws never got them appetizer never got sauce. I have never had service like this before there. Very disappointed.

Food was.... adequate. Wife said hers was really salt heavy. Personally, the steak was cooked ok. However, when I went to Cracker Barrel in the past the food was better. Also, the new menu is subpar.

I want to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the behavior of one of your managers, an African American woman, during my recent visit.

Her conduct was highly disrespectful, she openly mocked my accent, made inappropriate comments about my weight, and even ridiculed the way I was eating. I was left feeling humiliated, bullied, and deeply uncomfortable.

This experience is not what I expect from a professional establishment. People, especially those in customer service roles, should treat others with dignity and respect at all times. A position of authority should never be used as a license to demean others.

Unfortunately, due to this unacceptable treatment, you have now lost a customer. I sincerely hope you take this matter seriously and ensure that no other customer has to go through what I experienced.

Last week, have ate here quite a few times in the last few years, but the quality of the food as been going down, but I keep hoping it gets better.
This last visit I got the fried catfish, parts of the fish had that mushy taste to it.

More than likely will find another restaurant to eat at.
