This is by far the worst Dominos I have ever been to from long prep/cook times to doughy, undercooked cheesy bread to them actually dropping mushrooms on the pizza that wasn't supposed to have any on it- an ordeal that doesn't seem like a big deal until I call to complain to the worker that not only does the mushrooms ruin the taste of anything it's been on but my cousin who was going to be eating the pizza with us is allergic to mushrooms. So she could have been medically endangered by this mistake and I told the lady this! First I got told by the worker that she made the pizza so she knew there weren't any on it. I told her to come back and get it and see the 2 or 3 mushrooms on it to which this woman MOCKED me talking about "Oh no! Not one mushroom!" So she denied the mistake and then saw fit to mock the issue after I informed her that she could have hurt my cousin which is just unreal. That kind of attitude is dangerous in customer service when you are dealing with people and their food. I was upset after I finished speaking with the mouthy lady so I called back to ask to speak to a manager only to find our this Crystal girl I had just spoken to who mocked me was actually the manager. Again, unreal.
I have filed a complaint with Dominos over this behavior from a person in authority with one of their stores and look forward to the day I order another pizza from that store hopefully newly managed by someone who gives a damn.

Just moved to the area 1 mile from this store and after I the placed order on line the store cancelled it saying they do not deliver to my area. Luckily Papa John's would deliver. Looks like Friday Family Pizza night will now be Papa John's.

Though this is a franchise This specific Dominos feels like an authentic Mom n Pop restaurant. All of the staff is friendly, welcoming and they remember their returning customers. Even on their busiest days you never see them looking frustrated or mean. Everyone is pleasant and the food is always fresh and tasty. I thank all of the wonderful staff members at this dominos for showing up every day and going beyond to provide excellent service!
