Ordered a stuffed crust pizza. It was so good. The garlic sauce was really good. It was better than popa johns. A faster service. Will be ordering from them again. The crust was so soft and cheeseie. The delivery driver was quick and nice

After dealing with the unprofessionalism of the colonial heights location I contacted the Chester store because I was only 15 minutes away & immediately got great customer service. They told me that they didn't deliver to my house but I was so pissed with the other location & really wanted to try the new stuffed crust pizza that I made an order to pick up. They gave me $5 off & when I arrived they greeted me plus the store was clean. They had my order right & the guy who rung me up apologized on behalf of the other store even though it wasn't his fault. I tipped them & will recommend that anyone who has had a bad experience with the colonial heights location to just give this location your business.

online order was ready on time and the curbside service was timely. food was as expected from domino's.

The delivery driver alone was enough for me to post a review, Marcus is the best! He drove in the snow to deliver our food, arrived 15 minutes earlier than the time frame I was given, and his personality is one of a kind, he is so genuine and unique! Thank you Marcus :)

I love their gluten free pizza. My only concern is that they don't have milk free cheese. But you do have the option to order it without cheese though

This is by far the worst Dominos I have ever been to from long prep/cook times to doughy, undercooked cheesy bread to them actually dropping mushrooms on the pizza that wasn't supposed to have any on it- an ordeal that doesn't seem like a big deal until I call to complain to the worker that not only does the mushrooms ruin the taste of anything it's been on but my cousin who was going to be eating the pizza with us is allergic to mushrooms. So she could have been medically endangered by this mistake and I told the lady this! First I got told by the worker that she made the pizza so she knew there weren't any on it. I told her to come back and get it and see the 2 or 3 mushrooms on it to which this woman MOCKED me talking about "Oh no! Not one mushroom!" So she denied the mistake and then saw fit to mock the issue after I informed her that she could have hurt my cousin which is just unreal. That kind of attitude is dangerous in customer service when you are dealing with people and their food. I was upset after I finished speaking with the mouthy lady so I called back to ask to speak to a manager only to find our this Crystal girl I had just spoken to who mocked me was actually the manager. Again, unreal.
I have filed a complaint with Dominos over this behavior from a person in authority with one of their stores and look forward to the day I order another pizza from that store hopefully newly managed by someone who gives a damn.
