United States and it’s manager Crystal run a terrible location. Called to file a complaint about late delivery and cold pizza and manager Crystal refused to take the call. She proceeded to give instruction to the person that answered the phone despite my numerous requests to speak to the manager directly. Put on hold for 12 mins. Then an additional 5 mins.
