This please is dirty, the employees are rude. And it appeared that one of the employees had there child in there sitting at the only table to sit at. The child had his iPad/computer watching cartoons. They had several things not available, they could not make anything with eggs because they were frozen. They were more concerned about complaining that they were tired, and getting upset with other customers when they were taking to long to figure out what they wanted since what they wanted was not available.. I have been to this location one other time as well with very similar experience.

The new manager is a wonderful person. She has made a difference at this location. The drinks are always perfect and there was plenty of variety donuts available.

Although the staff that they do have is awesome they do seem to be struggling with understaffing. I have a longer wait time than I would like there. The donuts are okay. Coffee seemed a little bit on the burnt taste side.

Went in the afternoon for a meeting and no doughnuts were available and asked for food and just pointed at the menu and walked off.

They gave me old hard coffee roll they didn’t make my coffee right nasty and very dark. And when you call to tell them they don’t answer . Very disappointing

If you can't staff the location, then it needs to be closed. Place is filthy, has 1 worker, and if you order online your order may never come or it could be stolen by another customer who's tired of waiting for their order because it takes so long. Shut this location down please!

We left before ordering food. Rude manager! Understaffed. Manager just was interesting in doing her paperwork!!!! Wouldnt help the poor guy swamped behind counter. The oven was turned off so they said. And the bathroom filthy & place dirty!!!

this Duncan is never really that busy, there’s no drive-through and usually only one worker working, but they are always pleasant. They make fantastic ice coffees, and the donuts are fresh.

The girl working was not friendly at all. We bothered her going in. There was no one in the store when we went in. The donuts were all crumbled up in the bag. Coffee didn’t have enough sugar. Didn’t feel comfortable asking for any.
