Today was the busiest I have ever experienced and they only have 2 staff members (no fault of their own). The one young guy is there every time I bring my kids in (about once a month we do our donut stop) and boy he is a hard worker. This morning there was an older lady at the register and she was taking orders and helping fulfill them. I seen her take cash several times and lick her fingers when counting cash back, never washing her hands while making drinks (fingers in cups) or wearing gloves. She touched her nose several times, wiping it or stopping drainage, in her nose as well, as she seemed to have a slight cold (she sniffed alot) and I felt bad she was not feeling well and working but NEVER once did she wash her hands or use gloves when grabbing donuts or making drinks. I watched for sometime as we were in line almost 30 mins. When I approached the counter I asked for the young man to service my kids donuts and he had no problem, even switching his gloves as he had been dealing with other foods, prior to giving us food. The lady didn't seem happy and asked why and I quietly explained and she said I can get gloves but my thought then was "Is she going to wash her hands prior to getting said gloves?" If not she was just transferring the contamination. I can imagine this is hard and they were busy but serving healthy food is a must to keep all safe and healthy. Also, the store could use a really good scrub down, dusting, update and display more of your product (easy to sell!).

Ordered online. Didn't get the munchins i chose. 3 of the 12 doughnuts i selected, were correct. If everything is not available online, then make those choices unavailable. Ordering online is a convenience for the staff and my family. May need to travel down to Krispy Kreme.

A girl by the name of Kayla Renee on FB is posting a job for here that pays a dollar under VA minimum wage. She is also making jokes/a mockery in the comments to anything people say. I believe she's even said something about breeding? She needs to be relieved of her duties, she's certainly not someone I'd want representing my company.

I am glad I do not work here. The air conditioning wasn't working and it was very hot in the building. My order was made quickly and accurately. The donuts tasted good, and the service was great.

Last Sunday stopped got bagel - coffee, ordered Sausage-egg-cheese, somehow no big deal, bacon was on it too and reasonable charge with coffee, was great. This am went back to order $4+ just Bagel. One customer there complaining about on line order, some how lost, but all 4 employees at counter, while my bagel baked. Baked is not the word, Stoned done when I got home 5 min, had to scrape the inners off the wrapper, throw the bagel to the dog, his best bone of the day. So in other words, no more Dunkin for sure at this store.

This was, without a doubt, the worst service I have ever seen. The people working there could use a lesson in customer service. They acted like they didn't want to be there. I had chosen this location because it is easier to get in/out of traffic wise. Will not make that mistake again. The other location might be a pain to get in/out of, but the service is better.

Shut this place down already! The last 3 times I’ve gone here it has been terrible! The people that work here are the meanest people I’ve ever had to deal with. I get it you’re having staffing problems but that gives you no right to talk to customers the way everyone there does. I think the reason that you’re having staffing problems is because it’s a terrible environment. *Go to the Dunkin 2 miles down the street across from Bermuda Square*
