We've stopped her twice for mobile pick-up orders through the drive thru 2 weeks apart. The workers are friendly, but both times the breakfast sandwiches were burnt and they didn't put napkins in the bags. We won't be stopping here anymore.

I tried to order food and coffee, but they declined to serve. They said they’re backed up,They cannot sell any food only the coffee like really.very disappointing. I came here at 10:55am

Thanks to the girl working the drive thru today. My order was perfect. I asked for a medium cold brew and extra cold foam. It was so good.

Service and food is not good. The hash browns had a weird taste like chemicals and were not crunchie, one of the croissants was missing have of it. Something very weird. I believe they don't have enough employees to work during the morning rush hours, especially saturday morning. No orange juice was available. What place with breakfast does not have orange juice??? The employee delivering the food to the people in the parking lot was under a lot of stress making her not to provide a good service. Please hire more people and improve food and service.

Ordered a vanilla chi and ended up getting a cup of hot milk. I could have done that at home. It never fails though. They do this every time and I don’t understand why I go back. And I can’t get it fixed because I’m already at work. Sucks I wasted my money.

Disliked my experience here and will put it on my Do Not Return list. Guess I missed the news of how DD makes their lattes now in terms of amount and flavor. The medium size had about 10 Oz and it was apparent the espresso to milk ratio was off. I understand the business uses a machine to pour espresso (not manual) but it's just off.

When I asked they could add more milk to my drink and I would also pay for extra shot, they asked if I had already drank some. On top of it all, it took about 10 mins to get 1 drink made, even when no one was waiting inside. 😣
