Disliked my experience here and will put it on my Do Not Return list. Guess I missed the news of how DD makes their lattes now in terms of amount and flavor. The medium size had about 10 Oz and it was apparent the espresso to milk ratio was off. I understand the business uses a machine to pour espresso (not manual) but it's just off.
When I asked they could add more milk to my drink and I would also pay for extra shot, they asked if I had already drank some. On top of it all, it took about 10 mins to get 1 drink made, even when no one was waiting inside. 😣

I had a bad experience. If I wanted to just "give" money away, I would give it to a homeless person. The service but the guy that took my order was crappy. The guy at the wondow was super nice and the food was disgusting. I assume the hashbrowns had been sitting under a heat lamp since 6 am and it was 8 am when I came. I never ate hashbrowns that tasted like dirty gym socks but these did. I'd rather eat dirt. The sandwich? Don't even get me started. Let me tell you how irritated I am, it's the next day. I'm still pissed and so a review had to be done. Just close the location. It's pure garbage.

Weigh service , few workers for a simple order make you wait more than 45 minutes , as a recommendation if they do not feel like working or do not like their work , better change jobs or simply stay at home .

This location serves the HOTTEST breakfast sandwiches of ANY Dunkin I have visited. Their style should be implemented everywhere. Worth the visit.

Walk in to order not a welcome not a hello nobody seemed to want to take my order. The guy working not even looked at us when we were waiting at the register I had to greet him so he would aknowledge me but he replied with a very dry hello and seemed bothered even when I said hello. Asked for something and pretended he didnt unserstand me idk maybe because Im latino. And I saw all his intentions of not even want to help me. I Do speak english and I can surely speak clearly I guess was just not welcome here. I dont know his name but he was a tall skinny African American young one.

My order is never correct. I always feel rushed when ordering. When I tried to explain my frustration with this the manager made me feel like I was the problem. I have had to return to the store due to a store error twice in the last few weeks. I don’t go there very often. This store is my last choice. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER!
