This is the worst Dunkin Donuts experience I have been to! We waited 20 minutes in line at the drive through for an online order pickup with only one car in front of us. We didn’t get an acknowledgment at the speaker or when we picked up our food/coffee at the drive through. She didn’t say one word and just sat on her phone the whole time. Stay away from this location and try a different Dunkin.

I personally would not recommend you go to this location at all. They are always out of everything. This is the 3rd time I've been here and they've been out of wake up wraps. It would be one thing if they came right out and said they didn't have it, but you get all the way through your order and then someone comes out of the kitchen and says they're out. Go to a different better-stocked Dunkin

Easter Sunday. Extremely slow service and then my drink was wrong. I watched a man stand at the counter for almost ten minutes before he was waited on. There is a disorganized group of young people with no one in charge. This store needs serious help. It's a mess!

Not many donuts in front everything in back they do not appear to care about customers in store only drive through and they gave a box if somebody else's donuts not what I ordered $48 for 36 donuts seems pricey! I don't recommend them

I ordered 12 donuts and they only had4 in stock. The for I did receive were old and hard. Idk how a DONUT shop runs out of DONUTS. Hashbrowns were wet and soggy. The sandwich was literally burnt bread was black and everything. Never again.

In typical Dunkin fashion, they usually get something in my order wrong. Last weekend I ordered ahead because I needed to be in and out. 10 minutes after I mobile ordered I walked in and had to stand around for another 15 minutes before just asking for a refund on the app. In the 15 minutes I stood there with 12 other people not one beverage was put out.That being said, when they make my order according to what I asked for it’s pretty good. But they are always messing up something!

Never make a online order! You will have to fight them tooth a nail to get your order. I made a $70+ for my family and they only handed me half of my order. I had to go into the store and show them my order for them to believe me. No apology and No Compensation for messing up my order.

They definitely need to have more people working during the morning rush. The drive-through line is always super long. I went in with my child in a car seat and waited for seven minutes and no one attended to me.
