This place is just so unreal. They need a real store manager who is able to handle the employees in order for the restaurant to be clean and get the job done. So I gave it a two-star rating because the services somewhat okay. But the food was good and hot it's just the service. And that's why they need a store manager to handle the restaurant properly.

Burnt biscuits twice...Ordered 2 biscuits this morning 11/9/21 and before I left the drive thru felt, checked ...hard and burnt. Gave them back to the manager she said she couldn't take them back but can make me 2 to replace them. After about 10 minutes she comes out and I'm on my way thinking I got 2 they way they're supposed to be, get up the road and again burnt biscuits. Everyone (the 3 I saw) sitting in the lobby but can't make sure the biscuits don't burn.

It took 20 minutes, to get 2 cheese burgers that they said they were cooking that's fine but when I get out of drive thru they were cold.

Absolutely unacceptable! This place completes one order every 3 hours, the definition of SLOW, they don't value customers or their time. The workers seriously lack customer service skills including upper management! Why are they still open & how? The food is always old and nasty. How do they even maintain the bills. Please do us all a favor and shutdown, make room for someone who appreciates their customers and their job! Only put one star because I had to in order to write the review! 0 stars

This store claims to open at 5am. It does not. This store opens whenever employee Crystal "feels like opening" since she's the only one there.

It was better than the last time I was there. I asked for the food to be made fresh. It took awhile but the rolls weren't old and hard and neither was the burger. The chicken sandwich was just good also. They didn't have any chocolate shakes but the sweet tea/ lemonade was good!The staff was friendly enough. The price for a Bacon cheeseburger thick burger was listed for just sandwich, $9.09. The combo was $6.09! I should've been charged that price for the combo but they wouldn't do it!

Dirty, floor filthy, most all Hardee's are the same, they don't wipe off the tables, floors are a sticky mess, toilets not clean and didnt want to use. Will not go there again.

Even though there was only one person taking orders at the counter and drive-thru the wait wasn't bad. The food was good and it was hot. The restaurant was clean the floors were a little sticky at the counter but not bad. This was on a Saturday morning they were very busy and they kept the line moving! Customer service was great also.
