So me and my fiancé are on a vacation with his family and we wanted to come here for breakfast. We get here and it’s my first time to ever try Hardee’s so we waited out of line for a little bit. The customers were nice in letting us step in and out of line. We get to the register and the cashier was very uninterested in taking our order. We ordered our food and we proceeded to find a table. Most of the tables were dirty and some just had people left belongings just sitting on them. A few minutes go by and we get our food. I got the candied bacon snack pack, hash rounds, and a chocolate milkshake since I’m not a fan of biscuits and that’s pretty much the whole menu except the breakfast burritos that look very unappetizing. My fiancé got the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit with hash rounds and a large fountain drink. When we got our food the drinks were taking a little longer and my fiancé went to ask about them and the manager was very rude in saying that “she’s still making them” in a not so friendly way. When we did get our drinks my milkshake was chunky. My candied bacon was not very candied and it tasted more like Jack Links Beef Jerky. My fiancé said that his bacon wasn’t fully cooked in his sandwich so he didn’t really enjoy it. Pretty much the only good thing about the food was the hash rounds. I had also made my way to the bathroom while we were dining and the bathroom was clean to the bare minimum. It could have been a lot cleaner.

I arrived around 11:28 and asked for sausage biscuits and was told that they weren't serving breakfast. While I'm being told this I'm staring at a sign that says that breakfast is served until noon. I asked the employee about this and was told they are having staffing issues. If you aren't going to honor your signage, take down the sign.

The staff was incredibly kind and made me feel so valued. When I accidentally ordered at the wrong Hardee’s, Christine went above and beyond to help us out. The food was delicious, and the entire staff was just wonderful!

their breakfast is top tier especially if you’re 7.5 months pregnant! the young lady working at the counter inside is so incredibly sweet and helpful. very warm and friendly! i wish i would’ve asked for her name so i could’ve included her in this review! i went in at 9:50am/10am on 10/25/2024. i hope management sees this so she gets some kind of recognition!!

Highly disappointed in this restaurant given I passed 3 Hardees' & specifically chose to come here because of the location - "knowing" the food would be up to par. Managers I beg of you - please please PLEASE teach these children entering the work force basic manners. At my first fast food job as a teen, saying 'hello' to any and everyone dawning your establishment was imperative and you'd get in serious trouble if caught not abiding by that simple rule! Granted that was 20 years ago but I don't get the extreme rudeness and attitudes. Please & thank you go a long way. The kids working tonight were not attentive at all. I came in at 6:30p and the restaurant was a ghost town. Everything I ordered was old - the chicken sandwiches were so slimy and dated the breading came right off, the chicken tenders couldn't even be bit into they were so hard and the meat wasn't juicy at all. You ever eat a meal so nasty that you literally feel like you haven't eaten anything at all right after? Food is too expensive nowadays for this type of experience for no reason. I won't write Hardee's off because I do love their food but this was enough to make me want to call corporate with the way my stomach is doing flips right now. Very clean restaurant though.
