Drive Thru, The person taking the order was excellent, very professional.
Cashier on the other hand, I greeted with a “Good morning “ not sure if he responded or not, but I don’t think so. He took my bank card, handed back to me, a few seconds later he handed me my bag. No thank you, no come again, actually no acknowledgment at all starting with the greeting. Ironically , I heard him tell a worker that he’s getting the food or customers out as fast as he could, in a boastful manner, So I guess that means that he doesn’t multi task where his mouth and his hands work together !!!
Customer service is very important to people that are spending their money with an establishment and at one time Customer Service was very important to businesses . These younger people today exemplify the fact that mannerisms is not taught at home and this is why it doesn’t follow them in the workplace even when they are required to use it.

Worst customer service and management has no clue what they are doing. Won't be going back.
From the moment we arrived, the customer service was unprofessional and disappointing. We waited approximately five minutes just to be acknowledged, as Gina was occupied on her personal cell phone. There was no greeting, no apology for the delay, and no sense of urgency or courtesy.
While placing our order, the menu was not explained clearly, which ultimately led to confusion. When our food was handed to us and we realized the order was incorrect, we politely returned to the window to address it. Unfortunately, we were met with an extremely unsavory attitude. Gina’s tone was careless, sarcastic, and dismissive. She showed no concern for the mistake, took no responsibility for the miscommunication, and continued to respond in a passive manner when we asked for clarification.
The food itself was equally disappointing. The burger was poorly assembled and drenched in mayonnaise. The bacon was stale, and when the order was replaced with a chicken sandwich, it was so hard it was nearly inedible.
Overall, this experience reflected a complete lack of professionalism, basic customer service, and food quality. This establishment seriously needs to address staff conduct and training, as experiences like this discourage customers from returning.
To add onto the confusion, she was not wearing a uniform or any identifiable work attire and was instead dressed in sweatpants, which made it unclear whether she was prepared to be on shift or represent the business in a customer-facing role.

Service was okay. Burger was greasier than I would have expected. Fries were okay.
Cook(little young white dude) is rude a hell and the cashiers aren't pleasant either. Get some new staff. Told them to remake my sandwich and it was problem, when they pulled me out the line to begin with just bring me cold food. Stupid as hell.

I went to the one on old hundred road and the manager because she was having a bad morning this morning was rude because she having a bad morning . All I said don’t rub your bad morning off on me . Than she said I am not serving you lady you the one with the bad morning and because I wouldn’t listen to you fuss you decline to give my food . Please seek professional help you need it no customer should have to hear about your problems and than they had a nerve to make you the manager sad .

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The food service was extremely unorganized, and the staff showed an unacceptable, undermining and degrading attitude throughout the visit. On top of that, the place smelled strongly of marijuana, which is completely inappropriate for a business serving customers. The restrooms were also in terrible condition—dirty, poorly maintained, and overall unpleasant to use. This location needs serious improvements in professionalism, cleanliness, and management.

Typical burger spot with a clean look and easy access. Drive-through was smooth, order was correct, and food came out on time. Staff felt friendly and helpful going over the menu.
Chicken tenders 6.1/10
Tenders were fine, especially with the Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce. Nothing wild, but they got the job done.
Cheeseburgers 6.5/10
Cheeseburgers were simple but good. Tasty enough for the price and fit the basic fast-food craving.
