The 2 stars were given entirely for the food being hot, ready at pickup and nicely presented upon opening...it was all downhill from there.The flavor of the day was SALT. The steak and chicken were so tough that the meal was inedible and I really really don't understand why spaghetti was used instead of Asian noodles.

Not sure how I feel about this place. It's definitely not a traditional style hibachi place. Food was ok. Be sure to let them know you don't want noodles if you get the hibachi. They are teriyaki based chicken, wasn't the worst and it wasn't the best.

Great hibachi. Ended up ordering the chicken & shrimp hibachi. I never knew it could come with rice and noodles at the same time, lol. Very delicious, though. They are quite efficient from the time ordered to actually enjoying every bite.

I have eaten here in the past and it was ok. I decided to give it a try again since I was in the area. I will never eat at that place again this is not a good representation of Hibachi.
Been going here for about 20 years I guess. Used to be awesome, but last couple of times things have not been so great. Last time, I let it go thinking the had a bad day. But yesterday was another failure. Called in two orders of Steak and chicken - both without mushrooms and onions. They said it would be 25 minutes (they always say that, but it takes closer to 40-45). I got there about 30 minutes later and as expected not ready yet, so I paid and sat down. I observed the two people who were taking orders and assembling them. They definitely did not have any sense of making things right. They are walking through the motions but not checking things. Also when they are taking phone orders, they hurriedly try to get the order and off the phone, almost as like it is a race. I did not check my order there, my fault, but by now it was 45 minutes after I placed it and needed to get home. When I got home, I was not happy that we had big chunks of mushrooms in the food and no steak! I checked my recipe and saw that I was charged for the steak & chicken as I requested. One other thing I noticed - tips are not tips. While I was there, the cashier ran out of ones in the register, so he removed about 30 of the from the tip jar to use for change. No reconciliation between the two budgets was made, meaning that tips just go into the general profits. Definitely attention to detail has been lost.

I have been coming here for over a decade, and i drive over half an hour to pick up my food one way. But they can never get my order right. I always ask for no vegetables, ? but they put it on there any way. That and the fact it costs $50 for three basic entrees may just deter this long-time loyal customer. I should have checked before i left, but shouldn’t i be able to trust that they got my order right?!?Don’t get me wrong the food is great, but is it really too much to ask to get my order right? Id understand once or twice, but this happens almost every single time.
This place use to be so good. I don’t know if it’s new owners or what but it’s very expensive now, not that good , and the employees are rude and seems like they hate their life. To bad it’s not like it was

I’ve been here a couple of times and they’re getting worse and worse. I’ve been stationed in Japan and I can tell you true Yaki Soba does not use spaghetti noodles. Typically udon noodles are used or pulled noodles. The choice of meat they use is OK as with the vegetables.Their biggest failure is with customer service. A guy by the name of Joseph took our order and he failed miserably. When I told him what I wanted, he wasn’t listening and we had to revisit this issue once I picked up my order. He displayed no positive atmosphere and even made no eye to eye contact. I realize it’s hard to get good help nowadays and I know you shouldn’t voice any displeasure on account of backlash by your food prepares. I think I finally had it with this establishment but the sad thing is I have no idea where to go for udon noodle yaki soba that is comparable to what I experienced in Japan. If anybody knows of a different place, please tag me in.
