Dove into this Hooters location to watch the CFB championship. Hadn’t been to a Hooters in over a decade, knew the food was average & had generally modest expectations. But even by that low standard, this experience was disappointing. The restaurant was mostly empty & I had to wander through the restaurant to find a server to seat me. I asked for a booth in front of their many TVs & was accommodated. They were blasting hair band music instead of the broadcast for the game, which was mildly annoying, but I resigned myself to watching the game without play-by-play or commentary. The server proceeded to take my drink order. Their menu only listed bland mainstream beers & I asked if they had any other beers on tap. (I’m a beer snob.). She responded by saying she didn’t know, not “I don’t know, but I’ll check”. Just “I don’t know.” I ordered a large Stella despite a high airport bar-like price of $8.99. And to her credit, she brought it pretty quickly. But that was probably the peak of this dining experience because everything was downhill from there. When she brought the beer, she started to walk away without asking if I was ready to order, but I stopped her to tell her I was ready. I ordered a 10 piece of hot buffalo wings & a side salad. I asked that the wings be well-done & that the salad come out first. Instead she brought me undercooked wings & the salad all at the same time. She brought no silverware, & then she disappeared for roughly the next hour. I had to get up & flag down another server bring silverware. Eventually I gave up on the place & decided to bail at halftime, but even then zi had chase her down for my check. About the only time she paid attention was when I was leaving a tip. Then she hovered over me to see how much I was leaving. (Still left >15%). I had planned to stay for the full game & drink a few more beers, but was never afforded the opportunity to order another beer or anything else. The wings were exceptionally disappointing & I honestly can’t get my head around how a restaurant chain that leads with chicken wings could produce something so incredibly bad. They tasted like frozen freezer-burned chicken that had been soaked in a bucket of cold grease. And despite ordering them hot, they barely had any seasoning at all. I remember going to a Hooters in ATL for the first time 30+ years ago, & the food being decent. How they became an empty restaurant that mostly just smells like weed is almost sad.

I went to Hooters in Chester for lunch today and sat at the bar, and it was such a great experience. Casey provided truly outstanding service — friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit feel welcoming from start to finish.

I took advantage of the buy 10, get 10 free wings special and ordered Parmesan garlic and mild- both flavors were absolutely delicious. The wings were cooked perfectly, and the fries were fresh, hot, and seriously good too.

Everything about this lunch hit the mark — great food, great service, and a relaxed atmosphere. Definitely a solid lunch spot, and I’ll 100% be back.

ever since new owners took over the menu choices have been reduced and so have the portion sizes. xharge more money and get less. thank you new owners! been coming for years. 2-3 times a week. always enjoyed the fried jalapenos & the sliders. for some dumb reason they took both off the menu. if they remove anything else I like, I will definitely stop spending my hard earned money there. why change something that's good and a hot item? surprised they haven't removed chicken wings yet. servers could be better! many times I sit waiting for them to return for refills or to check on me. the waitresses i used to like are all gone now. probably won't be coming to hooters much longer.

Great service but the atmosphere was dry mainly because of the time of day. Food was ok but wasn't as flavorful as I had remembered in the past.

So here’s my experience of it today. Wasn’t bad got seated quickly food came about 15/20 minutes after we ordered. I ordered the 10 piece original hooter wings mild with ranch. They were so hot i could eat them temperature wise I’ve tried gotten through 4 wings. The worse part is they didn’t they didn’t taste right at all and the waitress that we had took forever to check on us I see her talking and staying at the hostess stand I didn’t even finish my food at all because the oil or grease along with the ranch tasted awful the waitress didn’t seem to care about if it was ok or not with our meal not even asking if something is wrong because I barely ate my food if I could give 0 stars I would in a heart beat I use to come here a lot and now I won’t be back

I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich on 12/7. Became with no buffalo sauce I got in touch with DoorDash and let them know it came with no buffalo sauce thinking maybe it was a mistake. Here 12/8, I order it again thinking it would be different. Still no buffalo sauce so I go to the store because that’s twice in a row that the food did not come out right and I had spent a total of about $70. The “kitchen manager, the only manager on duty” wanted to get an attitude with me and argue me down about it. One of the trashiest Hooters I have ever been to. Zero professionalism from employees. It must be a trickle down effect from management. I really wish I could post pictures and videos of said food and employee’s actions. Do yourself a favor do not ever go here it’s not worth the headaches

Cameron was absolutely amazing as a bartender. The cooks unfortunately forgot my side of sauce and my fries. It was also pretty a damn salty sandwich. Cameron was a Rockstar! Everything else was a waste of money

Every since it has become a franchise location it's so disappointing, took off very popular items for me the sliders and now with any sandwich don't even include curly fries anymore now wants to make us pay extra. Been a loyal customer for years but have to say will rarely go to Hooters plenty of competition in the area with better choices and better prices. New owner is making a lot of mistakes by taking off popular items and being cheap by changing what comes with meals

I went to the bar yesterday for a drink and I was ignored by the bartender jess she seemed to be too busy entertaining what seemed to be her “regulars” judging me and whole time I was in the holiday spirit to tip big so thanks for helping save money for the future!
