Not bad for an IHOP.
Went there for breakfast. Waitress appeared like she didn't want to be there & it showed. Took our order and we waited 30 mins and did not get our food. It appeared more importance was put on filling take out orders than fixing orders for the people in the restaurant. Learned a long time ago, good food can make up for bad service, but in this case we'll never know. Won't be back
Every experience here has been perfect. I have the most fun laughing with Dulce. Prompt friendly service from Dulce and kitchen staff consistently delivers the menu items perfectly. We never wait long to be seated and leave happy every time.
It's IHOP. If you've been to one IHOP you've been to them all, this IHOP does not set itself apart besides that, the wait time on a Sunday is typically somewhat reduced. Generally, the IHOP will accommodate food restrictions request, some times they will attemp to and just like all busy restaurants forget to take off something from the burger or omelet. They did this with my restrictions of pork, I said I could not have bacon on the cowboy burger. Two weeks in a row, they had left it on the burger. However, I am there at peak times. When I arrived prior to peak times, my food was generally correct.
We waited over an hour for our food then is came out cold. I asked the server for lemon and she replied, is that the yellow thing🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️
The manager is restaurant was very rude
but the waiter Marcus was so helpfull and lovely
thank you Marcus
Very loud. Biscuits & Gravy should be relabeled as flat muffin and cream sauce. Bacon was totally institutional. Sausage links and eggs were good. Coffee was okay. I sort of resented paying .99 cents for .05 cents of cheese on my eggs. Hash browns were okay, too.
Always great food and great service!
Out of regular syrup how
Poor Service and Lack of Customer Care
My wife and I went to IHOP for a meal, but the experience was extremely disappointing. After being seated by the receptionist, we noticed there were only two waitresses. One of them walked past us multiple times, making eye contact but never acknowledging us. We assumed she was busy and would return, so we waited patiently, ready to give our drink and food order at the same time.
Shortly after, another couple was seated, and to our frustration, the same waitress who ignored us immediately went over to take their order. We sat there waiting, but no one came. Rather than cause a scene, we simply got up and walked out, and not a single staff member acknowledged us. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues with inattentive waitresses at this location. It’s clear they need better management and staff who actually care about their customers. We won’t be returning.

Gluten free pancakes...need I say more?? The hash browns are also very good. Only downside is they aren't overly friendly for take out orders (I do tip them) and it's very expensive. Husband said their waffles are excellent.
The French toast is outstanding, along with the breakfast menu. Great service and friendly staff
Came here for evening dine in , was seated , waited 25 minutes to receive my food , never given silverware, gave the waiter $10 tip to move my seat before I was served. I regret it that tip because the service was very poor !
Food was great. They were busy so they were in rush mode. But watching the kitchen from where I was sitting the sense of urgency was great. Get them in and out. Thank you.
My experience was awesome! My waitress was just great and the food was yummy.
