I decided that this year I would spend more time focusing on me. So I started a Tai Chi exercise program and jump started my journey by eating a healthy breakfast at IHOP. I was warmly welcomed and the hostess was very attentive to me although she was quite busy. I was seated within 10 minutes and well taken care of by my waitress. I ordered the 55+ Rise and shine w/coffee and logged a perfect breakfast without the work. Good food, peace and quiet, and a good pot of coffee 🫰🏾🫰🏾🫰🏾

Normally, the service is great and the food was perfect, but today our service experience was horrible. My family and I sat in the new persons section and the service was god awful. It took them over 10 minutes to get drinks (granted one person in my group of four ordered a milkshake and I think they wanted to bring everyone’s stuff out at once), the bowl containing the stuff for coffee was put on top of the coffee so whatever was on the bowl was now either in the coffee or on the rim where someone has to drink it, and our server acted like there were plenty of other places she would rather be. After putting in our orders, she didn’t come check on us and we had to flag someone else so they could inform her we needed her to bring us more coffee. Instead of pouring another cup for the person that ordered the coffee, she sat it down in front of me and walked away. She came back a minute or so later with creamer and walked off. We didn’t see her again until a few minutes later when she informed us that she did not submit our order that we had been waiting at least 45 minutes for at that point and asked us what we wanted to do. We put our orders in again and waited. One of the group members got up after another 10 minutes to try and find the manger and all of a sudden everyone got really nervous around us. Eventually when our food came out, the manger came over and tried to cover for the new server and comped our meal. Although it was a wonderful gesture, there was no accountability taken and they continued to blame our experience on a system error. The server even came back after we had our food and asked if the manger had taken care of us with the attitude we had seen throughout our visit. All in all, this wasn’t a good experience and it’s going to be a while before come back.

Antwann was amazing! He made my service welcoming from the time I walked through the doors up until I was ready to leave. I must say as a Customer service manager it feels so good to see someone who has the personality like he has. Antwann continue to shine bright! Keep greeting customers with a smile and checking on your tables. It doesn't take much. Customer service is about the relationship and the experience! Antwann you were superb!!! Thank you! I’m not sure who the manager was but they were very rude and unprofessional. Yelling at their server in front of customers is ridiculous. I came in around 2pm on 08/31 and he made me and my family feel very uncomfortable. Worst experience ever, I’m glad my server was doing a great job tho, he was very kind and sweet regardless of the situation the manager had going on with the female server.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ms.Malinda, she was an absolute delight. Absolutely phenomenal! She made sure I knew when everything was coming and everything came out hot and in a timely manner! 10 of 10 would recommend!

Not bad for an IHOP.

Went there for breakfast. Waitress appeared like she didn't want to be there & it showed. Took our order and we waited 30 mins and did not get our food. It appeared more importance was put on filling take out orders than fixing orders for the people in the restaurant. Learned a long time ago, good food can make up for bad service, but in this case we'll never know. Won't be back

Every experience here has been perfect. I have the most fun laughing with Dulce. Prompt friendly service from Dulce and kitchen staff consistently delivers the menu items perfectly. We never wait long to be seated and leave happy every time.

It's IHOP. If you've been to one IHOP you've been to them all, this IHOP does not set itself apart besides that, the wait time on a Sunday is typically somewhat reduced. Generally, the IHOP will accommodate food restrictions request, some times they will attemp to and just like all busy restaurants forget to take off something from the burger or omelet. They did this with my restrictions of pork, I said I could not have bacon on the cowboy burger. Two weeks in a row, they had left it on the burger. However, I am there at peak times. When I arrived prior to peak times, my food was generally correct.

We waited over an hour for our food then is came out cold. I asked the server for lemon and she replied, is that the yellow thing🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️
