My family and I were seated today, 11/30/25, at 12:50. By 2:00, our food had not arrived. The service was very, very, very slow. I asked the server for a status and I was told “they were busy and I just had to wait...” after already patiently waiting a hour. That was not admirable customer service.
Meanwhile, another party who was seated at the same time as us had ordered, food served, paid, and left the restaurant before we received anything other than chips.
Mysteriously, my two-year old daughter’s rice and beans arrived within five minutes of me asking the server for a status. I think the server forgot to put our order in with the kitchen. At that point, I cancelled the rest of my order and paid for just the rice and beans (order #: K15-2). If you’re seeking quick service, pack your patience.

I came here two times and both times I was extremely uncomfortable with one of the servers. He would keep staring at me and checking on our table when he wasn’t even our server. Speaking of our server, she only took our order and brought our drinks to us, didn’t see her again after that. Another time I came here, I was having a conversation with my partner and he came up to our table and interrupted our conversation to tell me that I’m pretty…it made me so uncomfortable I just wanted to leave.

I ordered the steak quesadilla. It came with salad and rice. The dish was tasty and of course you guys know I was looking for birria tacos😅. They don’t cook that here😫. My only request would be to have had my quesadilla cut in half or something. The top shell was pretty crisp so I wasn’t sure if I should pick it up but instead I just cut it 4 ways. It was nice and cheesy and the steak was nice and tender. Definitely recommend and will revisit

Waited for delivery order and once brought out to me, the elder guy accused us all of theft and missing items. I was insulted as I do my job with dignity! I understand but that’s not a good look to accuse multiple.
