Katherine's cakes are not only delicious, but the sample box she provides so you can figure out what wedding cake flavors you want is so detailed and allows you to mix and match any combination. She made our cake to our color and design preference and was even kind enough to send us updates so we could specify the depth of color we wanted. Our guests came back our seconds because they loved the cake so much!

WOW! The wedding cake for my daughter and son-in-law's wedding was amazing!!! We have had several people ask where we got the cake from - they’ve never tasted cake so moist and delicious at a wedding before! I hadn’t either! It’s amazing how she got the layers to stack so well with the cake so moist. Very talented! It was so beautiful! My daughter had a great experience with the taste testing of all of the flavors and fillings - all of them, they were not limited to just 3 flavors as they previously had been with another bakery. A wonderful experience working with Katherine! Definitely recommend!!

Katherine made the cake for our wedding this last weekend that was nothing short of delicious and beautiful. She worked with us to find a cake flavor (the tasting was my favorite part of the wedding planning process) and cake style that fit our budget. She is amazing with all of the little cake details including a fondant version of our dogs! I would highly recommend Katherine’s Confections for all occasions!

Katherine was a pleasure to work with. We were looking for a baker for our wedding cake and her professionalism was unmatched. She explained the different flavors and icings during our cake tasting and then stepped away so my fiance and I could try them out and discuss them privately. Our favorite was the white chocolate cake with the creme cheese filling. After describing what we both wanted in a cake, she freehanded sketched us a design. It was beautiful. The actual cake turned out to be even better and tasted great. All of our guests loved it!

Love the mini cakes. Everyone I have tried is delicious. Just the right size for a couple of people or gives you the opportunity to offer a larger selection when entertaining. If you haven’t tried one yet you don’t know what your missing. Oh and I can’t go without mentioning the AWESOME brownies. They melt in your mouth.

Just got a cake for my bday, vanilla with buttercream icing and it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

I could not have made a better choice in having Katherine's Confections make my wedding cake. It was beyond what we wanted for design and it was so delicious! We had some family members who ate 4 pieces alone! Katherine knocked it out of the park and we will be using her for every party! She made the process so simple and fun!
