WOW! The wedding cake for my daughter and son-in-law's wedding was amazing!!! We have had several people ask where we got the cake from - they’ve never tasted cake so moist and delicious at a wedding before! I hadn’t either! It’s amazing how she got the layers to stack so well with the cake so moist. Very talented! It was so beautiful! My daughter had a great experience with the taste testing of all of the flavors and fillings - all of them, they were not limited to just 3 flavors as they previously had been with another bakery. A wonderful experience working with Katherine! Definitely recommend!!

Katherine was a pleasure to work with. We were looking for a baker for our wedding cake and her professionalism was unmatched. She explained the different flavors and icings during our cake tasting and then stepped away so my fiance and I could try them out and discuss them privately. Our favorite was the white chocolate cake with the creme cheese filling. After describing what we both wanted in a cake, she freehanded sketched us a design. It was beautiful. The actual cake turned out to be even better and tasted great. All of our guests loved it!

I could not have made a better choice in having Katherine's Confections make my wedding cake. It was beyond what we wanted for design and it was so delicious! We had some family members who ate 4 pieces alone! Katherine knocked it out of the park and we will be using her for every party! She made the process so simple and fun!

Well, you will get your cake in one piece for sure while transporting it. In addition, transporting cakes I understand could take a lot of one on the road esp. going 5-10 under the speed limit on main and neighborhood roads. However, it would be useful to use flashers to let drivers know behind that you're driving considerably slow or even go to side of road if there is 1-2 cars behind. Moreover, if someone does not want to tailgate you and merely pass, let them pass. However, one would not think it should be okay for your driver (in a company car) should keep driving left to prevent a car passing you on a neighborhood road, almost making a car go off the road along with your driver flipping the bird. I also called to let company know what happen, the response I got was " oh, well we're transporting a cake." (That person was passenger, voice was a female, I am assuming bc the driver was a male). So, you are approving the behavior of your driver being reckless as he tried to run me off the road? Hmm, sounds like great management and customer skills. I'll never recommend or go to this company. Thank you for showing me what your values are. Good day!
