Arrived 8:40, ordered 2 piece meal, no legs so substituted extra thigh, no problem. Power shortage no lights in my subdivision but worker immediately kicked me out at food pick up no eye contact 8:54pm. Oh well I’m done with KFC too bad Popeye’s isn’t closer.

Rude, rude, rude. I stood at the counter for at least 7 minutes before someone even came to the register. The girl who came to the register passed by me twice while I was standing there & didn't say a word. Horrible customer service at this location! Food was cold & so were the people... Customer service training highly recommended

I’m not exaggerating when I say it took 30 minutes to get one chicken sandwich fries and a drink. I arrived at 1:05 and placed my order on the kiosk; as I write this it’s 1:35 pm and I still haven’t received my order. There are multiple employees walking around seemingly doing nothing while one person in the back prepares food. Isiah (sp?) was slow, that’s the only name I heard. Worst experience trying to get “fast food.” I would rate negative 3 stars if I could. .. I also received a minuscule amount of fries. Ridiculous.

Asked for 3 different combos and they were out all of them. No famous bowl, no chicken tender meal, no boneless chicken combo. I asked if they had any chicken and they said no. What a waste of time on my work break.!
Love the fried chicken (original)with coleslaw and mac and cheese.

Went the night of 01/07/25 at 650pm. They had a sign said closing at 8 because of weather. The storm was over a day ago and no other restaurant around was closing early. I wanted a family meal. They said I couldn't get one. I asked are you out of chicken they said no I could only get a 4 piece because they were closing early. It was over a hour before they were closing. They just didn't wanna do their job and drop chicken that they didn't even run out of. I've had issues with this location it's the closest one to us though. Taco bell had no problem allowing us to buy dinner from them. Someone needs to fix this problem.
