Stopped in to try the honey BBQ sandwich as I was pretty excited it was back. What I ended up with was not the honey BBQ sauce and was just awful. In addition almost every soda was out which was frustrating. Got the mac n cheese with my sandwich which is not recommended.

This KFC location is consistently slow, with orders taking over 20 minutes or more. Tonight was especially frustrating. We placed our order through the app, which marked it as complete 15 minutes later. When we arrived, we were told it would be another 10 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes in the quick pickup area, we drove through the line, only to be told the ‘10 minutes’ was a mistake and that the wings were for a different order. We then waited another 5 minutes at the window before finally receiving our food. In total, the process took about 45 minutes for a simple order. Completely unacceptable.

Have gone here multiple times I think I've gotten lunch chicken ran back thru the frier at 5pm.Kept hoping it would be better. Worst KFC I've ever been to.

First the floor is sticky & dirty,,, Second the bathroom stinks and is very nasty. They could do better with cleaning the area especially by the food as well. Makes no sense especially in the Chester area. I wish I could give no stars honestly.
