This KFC location is consistently slow, with orders taking over 20 minutes or more. Tonight was especially frustrating. We placed our order through the app, which marked it as complete 15 minutes later. When we arrived, we were told it would be another 10 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes in the quick pickup area, we drove through the line, only to be told the ‘10 minutes’ was a mistake and that the wings were for a different order. We then waited another 5 minutes at the window before finally receiving our food. In total, the process took about 45 minutes for a simple order. Completely unacceptable.

Have gone here multiple times I think I've gotten lunch chicken ran back thru the frier at 5pm.Kept hoping it would be better. Worst KFC I've ever been to.

First the floor is sticky & dirty,,, Second the bathroom stinks and is very nasty. They could do better with cleaning the area especially by the food as well. Makes no sense especially in the Chester area. I wish I could give no stars honestly.

I would like to say their food is great, but unfortunately every time I go there it's a 25 minute.Wait to get food. I just don't have 25 minutes every time. I go there to wait so last 3 times I've had to leave.

Arrived 8:40, ordered 2 piece meal, no legs so substituted extra thigh, no problem. Power shortage no lights in my subdivision but worker immediately kicked me out at food pick up no eye contact 8:54pm. Oh well I’m done with KFC too bad Popeye’s isn’t closer.
