Went to this location thinking it would be a better location. Order my food through the drive through. Waited for 45 min only to find out they forgot we were outside. That made me late for work go in my bag and all my order was not in the bag.I call and kept getting the phone hung up in my face . I work hard for my money I am tired of individuals who dont like the job they have taking it out on innocent people.

Ordered a mashed potato bowl. I was expecting mashed potatoes, chicken, corn, and gravy. What I got was mashed potatoes with french fries, some kind of cheese sauce, and maybe some gravy. It was actually awful. Have they stopped making the mashed potato bowl with mashed potatoes, chicken, corn, and gravy?that was a great meal, but what I picked up today was awful.

They didn't have any chicken... Ridiculous!!! 9pm .. closes at 10pm... They didn't think it was necessary to cook a batch of chicken at this time even when we said we'd wait . Shame!! No wonder KFCs are closing their doors permanently!!

The woman's bathroom door doesn't lock. Employee walked in on me hovering over the toilet trying to urinate. Employee also stated that the door hasn't been able to lock for weeks. Hopefully management will get it fixed soon.

Complete chaos. They are slow to make the food and complete the orders. Nobody seems to be managing anyone or anything here. Eventually if the food comes out it seems fine. Floor needs cleaning.

Assistant manager, Brandy yells and screams at employees in front of customers smokes weed in the building and stays in the building overnight poor management, poor service. They have cockroaches everywhere.
